Advair HFA Leg and Foot Cramps, Foot Cramps at Night, Stomach Ache, Spiriva, Craziest Thing

I am having terrible leg and foot cramps at night with Advair. They began about 2 months after I started taking it. Advair twice a day and Spiriva once. The craziest thing is that I have lost my sense of smell completely. I never thought to associate the cramps with the Advair. And yes, the trush thing is a real bother - the swish and swallow medicine gives me a stomach ache.

Sasha666 - I think cramp whilst taking these sorts of medications is to do with a potassium imbalance - your doctor should be monitoring your levels. If the doctor laughs at you (mine did!) try a potassium supplement. I lost my sense of smell too while taking this stuff!! I had so many side effects I thought I was going mad. I think the sense of smell thing is down to post nasal drip, and all the side effects are down to adrenal suppression. Be careful - I took the inhaler for two years before I realised what the problem was. Came off it almost three years ago and I'm still suffering.
