    People with anxiety may have a magnesium deficiency [76% of population are deficient]. There is a product called 'Natural Calm' that we can use instead of drugs. No nasty side effects!

    I tried it and did not like it at all, I had weird nightmares and weird thoughts I stopped it maybe you should try lorazapam its not so hard core but works when and only when you need to take it for anxious times.
