Avelox Mild Dizziness, Mild Nausea, Health Care Professionals, Sleep Apnea, Urine Output
I took one pill yesterday evening with food. 30 mins. later, I was having dizziness, mild nausea, since then I've been feeling jumpy. Couldn't get to sleep until 1:00 a.m. Now (18 hours after ingesting the medication ONCE), side-effects include: dry eyes, dry mouth, sleep apnea (I keep drifting off to sleep, only to wake up, startled, gasping for air. Never happened to me before. It's happened at least 50 times now since last night.), jumpy, nervous, "rubbery" legs, mild dizziness, decreased urine output, slight loosening of stools. ... more »

This stuff should be illegal. But this is what we get when medicine is an industry. Rx companies have a grip on our health-care professionals. Can't wait to go back to Europe where it's safe (and free!) to be sick. Avoid this stuff at all costs. I prefer the pneumonia, and will tell my doctor this as soon as she calls back..
