Anyone Diagnosed With Lyme Disease and Treated by Azirtromycin IV?

I had been diagnosed with Lyme and had a daily IV Azithromycin 500mg drip for over 3 1/2 months via a picc line. According to my recent blood work the LD is no longer showing up and my SED rate is well within normal ranges. I was also taking 100 mg Doxycycl Hyc tabs 2 X a day.
My picc was removed 8 days ago and I just stopped taking the Doxy but I'm feeling worse now than when I first started the meds.

I'm taking probotics and olive leaf extract, B1, B12 and vitamin complex to rebuild my immune system, however I continue to be very tired, no appetite, upset stomach and I'm now experiencing a lot of body jitters or tremors in the course of the day. I have little to no energy, so through sweat and chills and feel extremely lethargic. I'm very concerned about the shakes or nervous body twitch's that can last for more than 1/2 hour. I take a small piece of Zanax to calm down a bit. Are these symptoms part of the antibiotic withdrawal?

I'm 70 and have done extensive research on the net, but without a medical background I'm at a point where there is to much information that I don't understand.

Any input would be most appreciated.
