Bactrim Clindamycin Hcl, Pump Doctor, Benydryl, Insulin Pump, Clindamycin

I had an infection from infusion set with insulin pump. Doctor gave ma Bactrim. Now I have a very enlarged knot on the undersized of my penis and it is sore and tender and is horrible to look at. They told me to take 2 benadryl now and 1 every 4 hours, and called me in some Clindamycin HCL to take. I am allergic to sulfa drugs because this is the 2nd time in 5 years this has happened to me.
