Hi everyone, I am incredibly worried about a small pea sized lump I have discovered underneath my adam's apple. It is mobile, it does not hurt when I swallow, I do not have a hoarse voice. A month ago, I went to the doctors about another lump at the left side of my neck, she said it was a lymph node swollen. I am really worried, I don't know what this lump is... could it be something really serious? I am 20 years of age and I am a casual smoker.
