I had irritation during urination and felt a slight pull back of my testicles (once). Doctor told me that I have bacterial infection and also mentioned UTI. But my biggest concern is before taking any medications to treat I felt a discomfort in my chest and as well as on my left arm. I checked in to ER and they did a EKG and said its fine. I just would like to know all of the possible symptoms for UTI.
