CAN I TAKE WELLBUTRIN WITH TOPROL XL COMBINED?

I AM TAKING WELLBUTRIN FOR COUPLE OF YEARS NOW (THE LOWEST DOSAGE), IT HELPS A LITTLE, NOT TOO MUCH. NOW, THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED TOPROL XL FOR ME FOR MY HEART PULPUTATIONS. I STARTED HAVING A HARD TIME FALLING ASLEEP AT NIGHT AND FEELING ANXIOUS. IS IT THE COMBINATION OF THESE DRUGS OR IS IT SOMETHING ELSE (I AM UNDER AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF STRESS AT THIS TIME).
4gmnaa - Taking these two drugs, i constantly feel sad and very sensitive to little things that i start crying all the time. Could it be these two drugs? Also, I sometimes have wine in the evening (take drugs in the morning). Is it ok to combine all of these things?
