Can Diovan Hct or Valsatran 160 Cause My Severe Itch?

I have been on Diovan a little over 3 yrs. now. I take either Valsatran or Htc 160 depending on what the doctor prescribes me. Lately I have developed severe itching and unexplained rash all over my body. Went and saw a derma and she thought it looked like dermatitis. So I followed everything she ordered and also prescibed oral predinosone. Took that yet itching persisted. So I went to see her again after 2 wks .She gave me a shot of cortisone this time since I was begging for relief. She still said its dermatitis. After being mad trying to figure out, brainstorming everything from what I touch, what I eat.... still itching ,now its spread all over my entire body except my face. I have been suffereing over a couple of months now. I went to see my regular doctor last wk. and I asked him if Diovan might be causing severe allergic reaction. He said it might be a possibility. I was begging for a relief so he give me kenalog shot. I also started taking atarax 25 mg. along side the shot. I did not take Diovan yet monitored b/p. Had to take one on the 4th day since b/p was high. I am seriously considering doc to switch me to something else. Itching somehow alleviated yet still frustrated. PS. I have not experienced any vomitting, headaches, weakened joints, dizziness, blurred vision nor weight gain and I wonder if that is attributed to my diet and regular exercise. I am 42 yrs. old. I just need to get to the bottom of this...
