anyone experience abnormal menstrual cycle?
I stopped getting my period for 2 months and now am off the med for about 6 days, anyone know how long it can take to be out of your system?

They say that it takes the medication about 18 hours to leave your system. Hope this helps! There is a bunch of other neat info about the drug on this site, too.
Shant1 - I have experienced the same thing. I have stopped taking it and mine still is not here. I think it's best to get in touch with your doc.
Sandm - Well I have been off it for about 9 days now and no show of my cycle.
Since I am out of the country and can't get in touch with my doctor, I was wondering if anyone knew of good websites realted to Doxy's relation to hormonal affects...please post anything that could be useful. Thank you for the above link although I have yet to find anything realted to my topic.
Heisa - Ok so i started drinking this medicine for my acne and im not getting my period anymore. Im gaining weight and im having strong stomach pains, but my acne is gone. are this symptoms normal because my mom is mad at me she thinks im pregnant because this pill is stopping my menstrual cycle. What should i do?
Doxyuse - My period was expected one week ago; and I started doxy two weeks ago. I also have stomach pains too (its not low on the abdomen such as "normal" menstrual cramps might cause). Alternatively it may actually be more of a upper intestinal pain? I'm watching my diet, but no specific foods seem to help (or trigger) the pains I have. I want my acne to go away so bad that I will put up with the pain the med is causing until I stop the Rx..
