Burning on Back of Hands and Feet

I started taking Doxycycline Hyciate for an eye infection. After 6 doses I started feeling tingling in my hands. Then it started in my feet. I went outside and then my toes started burning. I got really red on my feet and my hands. I felt like my feet were in a oven. Could not sleep had to put cold towels on my feet. Even water touching them was painful. I went to the doctor and got a steriod shot and I stopped taking Doxycycline. Never want that again!!
