isotretinoin - A naturally-occurring retinoic acid with potential antineoplastic activity and teratogenic properties. This agent also exhibits immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory responses and inhibits ornithine decarboxylase, thereby decreasing polyamine synthesis and keratinization. (NCI04)
