terbinafine hydrochloride - A synthetic allylamine derivative structurally related to naftifine, antifungal Terbinafine Hydrochloride blocks ergosterol biosynthesis by inhibition of squalene epoxidase, part of the sterol synthesis pathway for the fungal cell membrane.
