Vicodin

Vicodin is a trademarked brand narcotic analgesic product containing hydrocodone and paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen). Vicodin is used to relieve moderate to severe pain.[1] It is usually found in tablet form with either the names Vicodin, Vicodin ES, or Vicodin HP imprinted on one side. Analgesics with the same chemical composition and a similar physical appearance are found under many other trade names, including Anexsia, Anolor DH5, Bancap HC, Zydone, Dolacet, Lorcet, Lortab, and Norco. The hydrocodone/paracetamol drug formula is also available under generic brands. The paracetamol in the formula increases the effects of the hydrocodone. Hydrocodone also comes in a combination with ibuprofen, available under the trade name Vicoprofen.

was hooked on vicodin for ten months quit cold turkey last sunday thought i made it threw the part by friday but sat my heart started racing my palms sweating im goin on day 4 of this when will it end can anyone help me

I take vicodin for my pain from RSD/CRPS. I hate taking it because it makes me feel like I have a hangover. It does takes care of the pain. I break the 7.5/750 in half and it reduces the effect.

I have been taking Vicodin off and on for the past year. I have been an drug abuser since i was 15, I am 20 now. Saying that, and from reading these reviews, I see that some people are extrememly weak and over powered by drug use, and others just feel the vibes and see it as just an activity like any other. In my unexperienced youth, I was dependent on drugs, green, liquor, cigs. I got over depending on drugs, based on my strength and trust in myself. Mind of matter. Now I quit smoking cigarettes after 3 years of chronic use, I will drink and smoke weed on party events, unlike before when I would benge and smoke chronically on a daily basis. Perks, Vicodin, Adderal and Oxy changed everything. Mixing pills with alcohol will fuck you up. I like it a lot though. Because I'm in college, when I know I need to concintrate and stay dedicated to something, I will stop doing drugs just to get through the term. STRENGTH, POWER OF THE MIND. Some people can not relate to that mindframe, once one starts, they are hooked. Other people whom have higher expectations for themselves and have seen enough good in life for them to want as a sober person, relate to me. Than again, im unique and diverse. Drugs are drugs, they will always be around, deal with the symptoms for your actions. Pussyz

acetaminophen - An acetanilide with analgesic and antipyretic activity. Although the exact mechanism through which acetaminophen exert its effects has yet to be fully determined, this agent probably acts by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system (CNS). Inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the CNS results in elevation of the pain threshold and lowering of the thermal set point in the hypothalamus.
