I have been using Xalatan for a week now to lower IOP. I am also taking Nexium to control excessive heartburn, which had been very effective.. Since taking this drug, I have noticed a radical increase in the amount of acid and heartburn, and have been awoken in the middle of the night with acid attacks.
I have read about a number of side effects from this drug, but have not, as yet, found any evidence to support this. Is anyone else who is using Xalatan experiencing this problems?

First my voice became hoarse. Then I got joint pain in my knees, back and shoulder along with very unpleasant migrating muscle pains all over my body. I used this drug for 3 days and then stopped. The pain went away. Then I tried it again and the pain came back a bit worse. I stopped using the drug a couple of weeks ago and I still have some pain and my voice isn't quite back to normal.
