Alos symptoms and conditions

I'm taking my ELTROXIN for about 2 weeks now I'm soo scared of the side effects they say u may have wight loss and hairloss i used to be a very skinny girl but now I'm on my normal ideal weight ..plzz tell me what r the serious side effects ...I'm having leg cramps right now is this alos a serious side effects..my doc recommend me to take caltrate plus twice daily.

Yaz Yasmine advertise they lower testosterone so have that checked 3 of us have and ours were low

Natural biodentical hormone replacement may be a alternative check them out

I had the Sotto Pellets inserted a week ago wil report if it helps
I truly think the only thing that helps is time
I just pray to God that I stop the rollercoaster and get back to normal

Anyone feel totally back to normal after all the horror?

wow I thought some of the symptoms i'm having were do to other medications... headaches shakiness, burning in my sinuses and cheeks and a red rash on my cheeks.

I alos get tingling in my lips, and tongue... numbness in wrists and fingers..

I'm goin to see my PCP and goin to bring these symptoms up.

you are not going crazy and ur not dying of a horrible disease!!! my names chrissy im 23 and i was on yasmin for only one month last july and i suffered some of what you have. i went to the ER twice in august because i had a racing heart beat like about 147 beats per minute, plus my chest felt soooooo tight and heavy !! my left arm was aching i swear i thought i was having a heart attack.
they check everything and told me nuthing was wrong but i just didnt feel right. i was constantly anxious which is not like me at all and always tired..... alos had bad migraines for two days at a time...
the good thing is the symptoms will wear off i promise you but ur right ur body needs a break...!!
im now 7 months yasmin free and i feel so much better.... ive started going to the gym again and iv found the energy i lost....i do sometimes get the symptoms when im ovulating or when my period is due but its nowhere near as bad as it was.....
you will be ok you just need time... and dont let anyone tell you that ur crazy because your not... only you can feel whats going on in ur body no one else...
this website is what saved me and the girls on here were so supportive !!!

would love feedback if anyone had high bpressure after the pill and if so for how long, im really worried mine wont go back to normal (onky raised the month before i stopped). SILKE i read that your bp was high in your earlier posts , did that lower and if so how long after as you know this month is my third month mark and its still 150/100 and its scaring the wits out of me that its gonna be like that forever.ALOS LEFT BREAST PAIN today on day 10 after my period, never had this before and im scared....

I ahev been taking advair for 2+ years on and off when I was sick for chronic bronchitis and asthma. Within the last 4 months I have been on either the 500mg or 250 strength... I have gained over 30# in 3 months time and have a huge belly! I have not changed lifestyle to have gained so much weight. I kept joking marriage did it to me as I am a newly wed. Someone told me they quit the advair as they gained so much weight. SO I stopped cold turkey afraid my asthma would get worse. While taking it routinely I was having to use my rescue inhaler daily plus use of the nebulixer when at home. I have not had an attack since i went off the advair!!!! I also had severe leg pains/ aching. When we took a trip my legs and feet had 3+ pitting edema! All the edema has gone done. I have bene advair free for one week now. I was alos getting pimple like sores on my back and I never had acne or skin problems in my life not even as a teen ager.

I have been diagnosed with Autoimmune Hapatitis and put on a low dosage of Prednizone. 20mg a day for 2 weeks, 15mg a day for 2 weeks and then 10mg a day for an unspecified asmount of time. I have been on the drug for 2 weeks and have just begun to feel side affects mentioned by others. Primarily night sweats accompanied by uncontrolable shaking, pain in lower joints and pain at the base of the neck. Has anyone else with Autoimmune Hepatitis been put on prednizone and what side affects have been experienced. I am alos on Azathioprine (generic ofr Imuran). Apparently even low doses of prednizonee can produce the symptome others have described.

Hi I'm 18 and I have been taking Yasmin for about 3 months not for birth control but to regulate my periods which were totally crazy and varied every month. This is the first BC I have ever been on and the past 3 months I have been experiencing severe depression and mood swings. I have become anti social and I don't even feel like going out to parties and hanging out with my friends like you're supposed to do in college. I sit in my dorm room and cry and then I wonder what I'm even upset about. I thought it was just my adjusting to being away from home until my mom showed emailed me this website. I am now convinced that is the Yasmin that is causing my depression and I plan to go off it immeadiatly. Also, I have experienced the fatigue like a lot of you have mentioned. I thought I was just worn out from school but I get plenty of sleep and I am still exhausted by 9 at night. My acne has gotten worse alos. A lot of people have said theirs cleared up so I don't know if thats the Yasmin or just stress but it has never been this bad in my life... constant breaking out all over my face.

Anyway, thanks so much for all your input. I am so glad to know that I am not alone and that I am not depressed for no reason. I plan to inform my doctor of all these side effects next time I meet with her because nobody should have to experience this. I don't care if my period is out of sync, at least I will be happy again!

I haven't tried lipitor but I have tired mavacor and zocor which are also statin drugs. Recently I tried Naicin. I could never stay on any of these regimens because of muscle pain,
dizziness, and headaches.

Interested to know if anyone has used NOPAL as a means of reducing cholesterol. I have been successful in its use, in 3 months it has reduce my total cholesterol by 55 points and improved by HDL/LDL ratio. I've alos tried profibe which is a high fiber supplement.

I've been on the pill now for about7 yrs.?? I have been on yasmin for 5 months. The only difference in me that I really notice is that I have gained 5 pounds - that I can't get off. I guess I have an increase in appetitie?? My cup size has also inceresed about 1 size. This I noticed withtin a month of being on Yasmin. I don't like how I can't lose the weight even if it is 5 lbs. It's not me. Before Yasmin I was on Allesse. I truly beleive that Allesse made my scalp hair fall out. My hair was a lot thinner on Allesse. Now that I am on Yasmin that has definitely gotten better!!!! Well I don't know what to do. I'm considering going off of the pill and using alternate methods- which I'm not thrilled with (condom). But it is my body and I would like to see what it is like to be normal. I was alos considering taking Ortho Tri Cyclen Low Dose. Has anyone heard anything about this pill?
