Six hours after taking my first mobic pill my face turned beet red along with my ears. Then my back and chest broke out with either rashes or hives. Then my face started to swell. Had to start taking benadryl immediately. Fortunately my tongue did not swell so I did not have to go to the ER. Following day the itching and rash were gone and most of the swelling in my face. Still had terrible bags under my eyes. I have taken other anti inflammatories with no problems, but my body does not like this drug.

When I was visiting him for something unrelated, my doctor pointed out the bags under my eyes and said he could eliminate them with a Kenalog injection. He did not mention any possible side effects. Worst case, he said, would be that the injection would have no effect.
That's the last time I consent to a treatment on trust without first researching it thoroughly myself. The injection did nothing for the bags, but did cause atrophy of my right cheek at the injection site, resulting in a severe indentation in the middle of my cheek which continued to get worse as the weeks went by.
Attempts to fill out the sink-hole have resulted in a lopsided appearance to my face, which is quite demoralizing.

I have been on 25mcg of sythroid for 12 days now for treatment of hypothyroid condition, last night I noticed a bald spot on the top of my head bigger than a quarter and some of the surrounding hairs turned white. I have had extremly thick black hair my entire life, I have only found 3 white hairs in the past 3 years even though I am 37 years old, I have also had swollen eyes in the morning where I have to put an ice pack on them to get rid of the bags under my eyes. I think I would rather have the hypthyroid symptoms than th synthroid side effects.

It gave me the worst gout I've ever had, terrible gout from my toes to my knees. I'm still trying to rid myself of the Lisinopril in my system. It's still doing it's nasty work at keeping the gout going. I'm taking cherry and celery seed extracts. they are helping but the going is slow. I also have red puffy itchy eyes with bags under my eyes and am wondering if the Lisinopril has caused that also ?
