I was in terrible pain for the next 12 or so hours. I started losing my hair, especially at the bang area. My eyelashes almost disappeared. I became extremely depressed because of these side effects. My migraines became more often and more intense. I have not taken it in about a month and I have noticed my eyelashes are coming back. Could be a coincidence, but I don't think so. I guess it will take longer for me to notice my hair coming back.

Starting taking Lipitor 20mg 3 weeks ago to the day and all of a sudden, over all pain in the muscle and joints to the point I needed to lie down and sleep for 2-3 hours. After I wake up, I feel like a real person again and then within 1 hour, bang right back to pains and a fuzzy feeling in my head!! Dr did some retest and told me that it's not because of the medicine and could be a flu but no flu I ever had felt or acted like this. I have been off it for 4 days now.. does anyone know how long does it take to get this stuff out of your system!!! I want my life back thank you!

Hi Flowerbabies, I posted here before about a couple of weeks ago and you were very kind to respond. I am off Yasmin 2 months now and I got my second period there on saturday and the anxiety came back with a bang, The horrible thoughts I had back when Yasmin really effected me started up again over the weekend, it wasnt as bad this time because I think I am able to handle it better. But it really is not a nice thing at all, is this normal for it to come and go around that time of the month, please help I would be very grateful from anyone on this site if they had any advice. Talk to you soon. Does it ever go away for good, I feel so weak for lettting this get to me.

What a treat this site is. Like so many others I too have been experiencing many systoms mentioned on this site. After reading the first 4 pages I can tell you my last lisinopril pill was last night, the rest of the bottled is headed for the garbage.I have the persistant cough that has driven me crazy, they put me on allergy medication for that which of course didn't do anything for the cough. I've been getting the severe headaches and the only way to discribe them is to say they are flash headaches, they are there in a flash, not a slow ache building up to a migraine type of headache, just "bang" it's there. I have the joint aching systoms as well and now will quit blaming it on turning 60 and place the blame on the pills. Thank you all for the information.

I have been on Advair for about 4-5 years. Shortly after starting it I noticed that the slightest bang to my arm or hands would bruise with large reddish purply spots. I also have what another person spoke about, the stripe down my tongue. I never made the weight connection but have a lot of trouble losing any weight. I would like to find something else to take, it works well to help my breathing but these side effects are starting to feel dangerous. I also had a bone scan and have lost some more bone mass. I gained 40 pounds on risperdal, but I could use it anyway since I was 6'0" and 140 pounds. I now weigh about 180.
Risperdal combined with zyprexa has worked 'eh' for psychosis. Some days it works, other days it does not. The worst side effect I have had yet from risperdal is sore nipples of all things. They are extremely sensitive to even putting a shirt on and god forbid I bang them, I go right through the roof. I can't wait to see my Pdoc, because I really want to get off risperdal.
