Lauren, yes i had the brown spots and the increased peeing. The peeing is because Yasmin is a diuretic, which means its going to cause you body to eliminate more water then usual. The brown spots are called melasma I think and they are caused by birht control pills too. I have been off for 4 months and mine have faded but arent gone yet. Good Luck
