After, being given medicine for a procedure I had last week. I started to get nausea and headaches. The meds where to be taken for 30 days. I had told the people at the surgical care that I had a sensitive stomach. But I guess they did not listened I rather have an infection instead of taking this. My bones ache and stopped take meds 2 days ago and still feel bad. I had cold chills and feel hot the next and spent the whole day throwing up until 3pm and now I feel exhausted and a little down. I will never ever take this meds again. This meds so many side affects they should have an alternative drug to take.

My husband has been on Pravachol for 2 weeks now and the same thing is happening with this that has happened with Vytorin and Crestor. Headache, muscle pain, depression. The pain started after taking it 15 days. The pain even makes his bones ache. He is also taking COQ10.

My leg bones ache badly. Now my hip bones, both sides hurt. When I have been sitting for any length of time and get up, I can really feel it in my hip bones and legs. I am going see if taking a lot of calcium will help. With the pain in my bones and the hot flashes, if I could do it over again, I would try to find something else to help my endometriosis, and never, ever, get the shot.

I've been taking Advair for a couple of months for allergy-induced asthma. Have been working out like a fiend and watching my diet yet have gained 30+ lbs. Also find that my voice has changed (it cracks sometimes now when I speak), and my anxiety--a problem from before I went on Advair--has worsened. My bones ache at night, and I am (was) a healthy, fit 30 year old who has never had such aches in her life. But I can breathe so darn well!! All of these posts are amazing evidence that Advair is, at best, good for for the short-term and (potentially) dangerous in the long-run. Are there other, safer, options out there? What have the rest of you done when you've gone off Advair?
