Chick symptoms and conditions

i had mirena for an yr and a half. I began breaking out( thought it was stress) but i couldn't control it and the acne was real bad around my mouth and chin area( thought i had something). I suffer from migraines and it did help with that. Moody, depressed. I am normally a happy over jolly person but within this last yr. ive changed to a moody chick. Always tired. dizziness and i just felt like a different person. Like so many women said . You think your losing it but all the time its the Mirena. I really didn think about it that way until my friends told me i ve been like a devil. And how i just lash out on ppl for no reason. But i went to the doc 3x about the acne and how my partner was able to feel the string and they were able to cut the string. but my face still looks crazy and lil on my chest and shoulders(ACNE).O breast tenderest and back pains. I am only 22yrs ol. My cousin said it caused her hair to fall out and lost of weight. I was losing and gaining. My weight was every where. And that caused white stretch marks.O just hand it removed feel better already but start bleeding. O my period did stop a lil and i did have a odor before i start spotting( never had odor problems and never was a cramper). I had some of the worst cramps ever and was a cramper. I quite sure theres more stuff but can't recall everything. My mom said they using us as test dummies.

I started feeling much better very quickly after being off Lipitor now 7 months. However, the symptoms I had using the RX has cause significant problems. I fell so many times with my weak joints and muscles, that I had severe problems. I now need to have knee replacement surgery after falling so many times injuring my knees and weakened muscles to support myself. I am getting cortisone shots in that knee, as well as physical therapy. My MRI shows a torn meniscus, stretch PCL very thin, cartlidge loss and debris, still swollen with csyt after all these months. With no meds, and lack of being able to exercise, I now have hig-chol back. On and on it goes.... a real catch 22. Take care of yourself, watch out for symptoms. I ignored sx's thinking it was stress but after reading adverse reactions, it fit me to the T.

i personally have had the best experience with my Yasmin birth control. I have been on it for 5 years now. Before Yasmin I was a wreck.Before i ever took any birth control i had my period twice a month, super heavy bleeding,10 days,and cramps so bad I would pass out. I even bled for 5 months straight on the Depoprovera shot. I found all of the tricyclic pills make me crazy and over emotional. I have tried so many different kinds of pills and birth control all with the result of bleeding for months on end and finally my doctor recommended Yasmin and I have been completely happy with it. I have not gained weight, I do not get migraines (and i did with other birth control pills), I am much more emotionally stable (although I will never be a hundred percent sane, but I blame genetics for that one) I have never gotten pregnant, I have not suffered any gastrointestinal side effects, I finally have regular 7 day periods and my cramps are less horrible, my skin has cleared up, i have a perfectly healthy if not over active sex drive, my breast are not particularly tender ever, I don't get any more yeast infections than before, basically it is my saving grace in my opinion. I must also add to this that I did stop taking Yasmin once for 5 months in these 5 years just to see how I am without BC and nothing crazy happened. My periods were heavier, i had worse cramps, my skin broke out. I expected all of that to happen. A month after getting back on Yasmin I was back to my happy ol self again. One last thing is that I did try the Ocello generic version of Yasmin and it was all bad for me. I once again bled for 2 months even though I only took it for two weeks, and i went completely nutso overemotional chick. Long story short, everyone is built differently, not every BC will be the right one for you. Try some different ones out. If you are on a pill and it is not doing the right things for you then switch it instead of taking it for 2 years and then blogging about how miserable it makes you. Well I think that I have been the most dramatic person posting on this website.I have had the mirena since May 2007 and overall thought that it was the best thing in the world until I started putting two and two together. I have had bouts of major depression, hair loss with every combing, acne galore (Im 30 years old and have always been complimented on my clear skin), headaches,moodiness, been a recluse, no sex drive, when i did have sex it hurt my ex so bad that we just decided not to, and not to mention the weight.I work out twice a day on my bike, do weight lifting 5 days a week and do stomach exercises twice a day.All of this was done to my dismay because I have not loss a daggone pound. The straw that broke the camels back was when I went to see my doctor and he told me that I had to get a rx filled for bacterial vaginosis. (I don't have sex and haven't had sex in 6 months) so it couldn't have come from new or many sex partners(Im not that type of chick). He said that the hormone that the mirena delivers can make the normal bacteria in your body grow in excess. Well I just about lost it. I was so upset that I asked him to remove it. He told me that in order for them to do it I would have to wait until after the holidays. Well that wasn't good enough for me so I marched out of his office, drove home in a rage, and marched upstairs and snatched it out myself. I thought it was going to be painful but it actually didn't hurt at all. I haven't started bleeding as of yet but am prepared for it. The only good thing that I can say I will miss about the mirena is the absence of my period. I went the whole time without one. The thought of not having a period scared me as well. Regardless, this is my story and I know I went to drastic measures but i was extremely unhappy.

Today is week 5 since Mirena was removed. Last week I had my first period, super duper heavy but only for a couple of days and then it was normal. In entirety the period lasted 5 days which is exactly what I used to be like, so that's a good sign. 1 day after my period ended: All I can think about is how cute and adorable my husband is and I just want to ravage his body. This coming finally after 18 months of being annoyed with him and repulsed by his touch. It is the most bizarre thing I've ever seen.

Last night I was watching Rock of Love and he was making out with this chick and I'm like drooling. Normally I am sicked out by anyone making out on TV, I cringe and think "come on do you have to show that crap on national TV, bleccck".
When I get into bed all I want to do is carress and touch my husband - he is loving it! He says "this is how you used to be!"

By the way, when my period was so heavy I got dizzy and called my doctor, concerned. I also asked about weaning off the Prozac. She told me to stay on it for awhile because "your hormones will be going crazy".

OH REALLY?!! I thought there was NO POSSIBLE WAY that the Mirena causes any hormonal or other side effects?!! So why would getting it removed have any effect whatsoever on my hormones to where it specifically warrants staying on a freakin' anti-depressant medication?

I'm glad all these doctors think they know 100% what a drug does to every person under the sun, especially since none of THEM have ever had the evil thing in their f-ing uterus. How do they sleep at night? Knowing that they purposefully lie to people every day just so they can get bonuses for pushing this drug. B*stards. Her stating that validated everything in my mind and I immediately went to the FDA website and reported this drug as being harmful.

This pill gave me a big fat boner. I whacked off ten times today. It keeps coming back. Great stuff! Just wish I had chick to use it on.
