Colors symptoms and conditions

Okay, I had Mirena put in by my doctor a little over a month ago. I had my first period as scheduled, but I bled for 2 weeks. I have been spotting ever since. This is getting on my nerves. My question to everyone else is this: has anyone noticed a metal or copper smell with their discharge? I seem to be having more discharge than usual, and it has a coppery smell. It doesn't matter how many times I take a shower, it's still there. I am currently waiting on a call back from my doctors office. This is frustrating me more than anything. It is making me smell like I'm dirty. UGHHH. I'm leaning more and more towards getting myself permanently fixed because nothing else is working for me. Someone please help me. I can't help but think that I'm not the only one having this issue.

I've had my Mirena IUD for a little over 4 1/2 years. I'm having mine removed on March 18th and I will not be replacing it. Initially, I had several weeks of menstrual bleeding, which I was told to expect - so no worries there. For the first two years after that I did not have a period -- wonderful! In the last two years, I've begun to have some cramping, various colors of discharge, and several different foul odors, and itching/burning that is unlike that of a yeast infection - these symptoms seem to cycle. I've gained 14 pounds in the time that I've had the IUD, and can only seem to lose 2 or 3 no matter what I do. No acne, but my skin does seem duller and hair thinner. My sex drive has also diminished. While this posting does seem negative, the first two years were wonderful and I recommended this highly -- but if the negative sides of this are typical, I may try another option. I"ll post again after I've had a couple of months off of Mirena and not on anything else.

Has anyone experienced vision problems ? Seeing red and green dots ?

I have posted before about my daughter who has developed pancreatitis after getting the Gardasil vaccine. I recently tried something a little unconventional to try to relieve her pain. I know not everyone looks at this the same way, but I will do just about anything to make her better. So, my husband and I decided to try those Kinoki foot pads that you might have seen on T.V. We tried them a couple of weeks ago, and the week before last she had substantially less pain and last week she had little to no pain. Now, I don't know if maybe she just had a few good weeks or if it was from the foot pads that are designed to remove toxins from your body. I just thought I would put it out there, because it might be worth a try. Please let me know if they help or if it's just our situation.

My daughter has been on singulair for about a year now and she just turned 3. I discovered in about January that all through the night she would make weird noises with her mouth because her mouth is so dry. Then came the disturbed sleep. For the last two months she would wake up in the morning crying because her legs would hurt so bad. She wanted me to carry her everywhere. She could never keep up the other kids because she was physically exhausted. Then came the tantrums and crying. She just started biting, hiting and being mean to anyone around her. She also started not being able to remember her numbers and colors. I took her off of it a week and a half ago. The last three days her mood has improved and her memory seems better. The only thing that has not improved is her dry mouth. Hopefully that will improve with time.

I'm horrified that I ever gave this to my kids after taking some for a nagging cough myself last night. My scalp and skin are tingling, my eyes feel as if they're bulging out, I'm totally dehydrated with terrible cotton mouth but can't eat or drink because of loss of appetite and slight nausea, I feel paranoid, my body is exhausted but can't rest, nothing looks right (colors, faces). It's now been 8 hours....1tsp of Bromaxefed!! I can't believe the FDA approves the manufacturing and distribution of crap like this! Especially to our children! God only knows what is being approved for people with mental issues....no wonder they hear voices telling them to carry out unimaginable acts. THROW THE BOTTLE AWAY NOW!! And please get this off the market!

A small area on my nose changed colors (red) and has not gone away.

I just started taking amibid today and I will stop taking it tonight. It has had very uncomfortable side effects on me. I have felt dizzy and very spacy. Also, it had some similar effects to a drug ectasy in as much as colors were vibrant, peoples' voices were very loud and seemed to come at me all at once. None of the other effects of ectasy like the feeling soooo happy but I did find myself thinking and saying things that you might say thinking things seemed very surreal at times and how much my friends meant to me. Some very strange things. Hopefully stopping it tonight won't be harmful but I just can't function like this.
