I've now come off Yasmin after taking it for around three years. For the first year or so I didn't have any side effects but over the last year I've been feeling pretty bad. I had no idea it was my pill causing my symptoms and actually thought I might have ME or some other illness. I'd been experiencing dreadful fatigue, headaches, occasional dizziness, increased anxiety and an 'out of it' feeling as though I'd been drugged. Since coming of the pill I feel so much better and have loads more energy. For the first time in ages I actually want to do exercise! I would recommend anyone with similar symptoms to come off the pill and see if it makes a difference. It's such a relief to know I wasn't going mad after all!
