For me, it has been about 10 years, I think, since I was on lupron. I got a shot every 3 months for almost 2 years. At the time, the Dr. told me that the Lupron was still in the experimental stages but they thought it would be beneficial for me to try. I had a mini lap done because of a softball sized cyst rupturing so she couldn't see anything in my abd with the regular lap. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo and started not long after on the lupron. I do not envy any woman that has or is going through menopause because the mood swings and hot flashes that I remember, were aweful.
Since the end of my Lupron, many years ago, I have noticed a few things that I never really put in line with the shots, ex...severe headaches, bad memory loss (to the point that I sometimes cannot remember things I just did), joint and muscle pain.
For me, the Lupron was a God send for the endo, I was cleared after about a year and went back 2 years ago for another lap and that was clear of endo but I have bad adhesions.
Before all of this started, I was a very active person with horseback riding, clogging (a type of celtic dance), and a very dependable person. Things are getting worse for me and I am only 32 yrs. old.
This is one of those moments, I know there was a reason for me to write this but now after being so long from reading the other comments, I cannot remember what my point was. No need to delete this though.
If anyone knows of anything that I can do to help with the memory issues, please help me out. All kidding aside, I cannot remember to take the vitamins that are suppose to help me remember.

I was prescribed sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim for 10 days, for a cyst that wouldn't go away. I took the first dose in the morning with breakfast. By the afternoon, I noticed my eyes were bloodshot. On my way home from work, I noticed that my actual eyeballs "hurt" and I could feel a headache coming on. Because it only hurt in my eye region and I thought I felt sinus pressure, I believed it was also due to nose blowing. I called the Dr. and he said,"No, those wouldn't be side effects from the meds." At that point, I too felt like a hypochondriac. I took an additional pill as prescribed that evening, and this morning I STILL feel horrible. (and I drake tons of water throughout the process) After reading the other testimonies, I KNOW it is this medication. I WILL NOT be taking another pill. Ya know, we trust doctor's to help us and make us well...I know everyone's body's are different, but this is unreal. I've gone to the same doctor for probably 10 yrs, and unfortunately, this is something that will make me change physicians. I for one, do not have time to be someones lab rat...and that's what this feels like. I hope my testimony helps someone else. Everyone listed here helped me. Thank you so much.

I was prescribed Yasmin to help with ovarian cyst in September of this year. Well everything started off ok, but after a few weeks things started going down hill. Boobs hurt something awful, skin cleared up some but still got cystic pimples that hurt. Well yesterday, I finally had to stop taking them because I suddenly developed numbness in my left thumb and pointer finger. I don't recommend this pill in any way shape or form.

I'm a 19 year old college student and a I've been on Yasmin for about 3 years. I started the pill because after two major surgeries, my body was traumatized, leaving me with very heavy periods and feeling tired all the time. I started Yasmin and at first, was very happy with it. I didn't lose weight on it, but I didn't gain any weight, either, which is what happened when I tried taking other birth control pills. However, after my senior year, I went off to college, where the problems began. It seemed that anytime I was under stress, my anxiety and bad mood would amplify. I got mad at my boyfriend over small things to the point of wanting to break up with him. Thank goodness he was patient with me! I began having panic attacks and although I was living in horrible conditions at school, I just chalked it up to not being ready to move off, etc. I came home the next semester and had the same problems. Anytime my boyfriend and I get into an argument, I can feel myself get heated up and I become uncontrollably angry. I hate myself when this happens. I have also been very tired. Some mornings, I can't stay awake in class and since I've been on the pill, I have felt the need to take naps way more often than usual. I plan to stop taking this pill as soon as my month is up!

Hi ladies. I had my Mirena put in just under 6 months ago because of heavy long periods, day 21 Oestrogen test showed I was heading for perimenopausal. Suffered acne on and off over the years but looking back it was manageble. I have 4 kids, youngest is 2 and GP refused a COCP because of my age(40). Persuaded me that the Mirena was the answer to my prayers so went ahead. Despite 4 full term pgs and 2 mc's insertion was very very painful. Anyway, just had the damn thing removed last week, drove to another town's family planning clinic to get it out as couldn't get seen at my GPs for 2 weeks and was desperate and just had to get it out of me.
Side effects: Zilch sex drive, mood swings, hot temper, overly emotional/crying, fuzzy head, tiredness, poor self esteem, bloated, joint pain, aching all over, painful breasts, symptoms of UTI/Cystitis, and the worst for me acne. My skin has never been so horrible. My pores have responded to the androgen's by going mad, producing too much sebum, blocking pores, causing nasty papules, pustules and the off cyst like spot. I have been depressed, not wanted to face anyone, even felt suicidal at times.
Spoke to the doc at the FPC and she agreed it's not for everyone, says she has told the Obstetricians at the local hospital(UK) that they shouldn't be putting so many in! Got the impression she saw loads of women with probs from it. Said she could see it was totally wrong for me. The nurse was lovely, took it out and told me it had been a pleasure to remove it for me!
Came away to give my body a break and think about perhaps Yasmin but after reading about that think I will just go without. Will say my withdrawal bleed from Mirena has been awful, heavy with huge clots and has been going on for 7 days and has again become heavy today. However I would rather have heavy periods than all those horrid side effects. 1 week on and I think my skin is starting to improve as well.
Wish I had found this site 6 months ago. Your doctor will tell you to give iyt longer and let it settle, but if like me you are sensitive to the Androgens then get it out!

ok, so I am 28yrs old just had my lap for endo on October 1 and my doctor has recommended lupron, and am going to be getting the med in a week to 2weeks,but after reading this I am soooooooooo scared to even get near this med. Its like you either take this with the hope of saving fertility and no pain..or not and have endo ravage your body and you will live with unbearable pain!!! I have no idea what to do,and i am so scared after reading this. Is there anyone that did not have weight gain, headaches etc...anyone that can testify that lupron actually worked for them? did any one have a baby after doing this. my bigs thing is being able to have a baby. Cause right now its my health on the line, my ability to have children, my ability to have a normal life free of endo pain or these crazy, horrible side effects...please help me!!!

I have had Mirena for 1 yr and 5 months. The insertion was not painful that I recall, although I have had 4 kids, so I hear that may make a difference.
I loved this IUD for the first 9 months or so, then started noticing things that I didnt know were attributed to Mirena until I started reading about others experiences. Bleeding and spotting were minimal at first, no biggie.
I stopped having my period at all around 6 months...haven't had a period in a year..and had spotting maybe 3 times total. Since about 9 months into Mirena....I have had cystic acne. (which I didnt know existed until mirena) I had never had a blemish on my BACK in my life! Also on my face, around hairline, and in my ears, on my neck, and hard to get rid of. I have noticed little cyst like nodules in my neck and the back of my head, behind my ears, like swollen lymph nodes but they come and go...never noticed this before. Have had a intermittent mysterious sharp pain in my side, like a side stitch, comes and goes, and feel it during sex. No doctors had a clue about it. I have been very tired lately the last 3 months and I am on a stimulant for ADHD, so I should not be tired! (also why I haven't gained weight like others) But most markedly, I have always had a history of migraines, and had auras about 6 times in my life. Normally I would have 3 migraines a month tops.....then after about a year, I would get them several times a week...NOW I HAVE HAD A HEADACHE for 21 days straight, with only about 4-5 headache free days in there. Severe enough that I am taking painkillers and went to the ER, and they did a CAT scan and so nothing. normal. So. What could it be???
I got fed up this morning...after waking up one more day with kids I cant take care of properly or enjoy.....so I took out my IUD all by myself.
Couldn't leave the house to go somewhere with my head throbbing.
Dont want to pay anyone to remove something that has already cost me so much. Just looked at the diagrams, and found the string, pulled gently and viola! It was pretty darn easy! No pain, no discomfort at all. Not a drop of blood yet after 7 hours. Head still hurts but the relief I feel is great. I know I made the right decision to take it out and I wont use a hormonal BC again. I am looking into Essure now.
It works for some people, sure, but don't forget it worked fine for me for almost a year before I realized what harm it was doing to me.
I cant wait to have my skin back and my body back to normal.
Be wary, but it did its job. But I have read hundreds upon hundreds of negative reactions to this. Class action lawsuits getting ready. So be careful,

My story is long and somewhat depressing. I have had horrible periods my entire life. I have tried birth control pills which caused migraines. I have tried birth control shots which caused 6 months of non-stop bleeding and endometriosis. Finally, I am told that I should try Mirena. I was hoping this would be the answer but it has been just another problem. I have had cysts every single month since insertion. The cyst always develops on the side that is ovulating and then ruptures a couple of days before the period begins (yes I still have periods). Sometimes cysts develop between ovulation and rupture quickly as well. Then the first couple of days of the period are hell because of horrible cramping pain. Yes, the bleeding during the period is lighter, but the periods are lasting anywhere from 9 to 12 days. I have been on prescription pain medication for this now for 6 months. I have no sex life because the pain is there every day. My hair is falling out and I am on the verge of tears all the time. I can not continue like this and have an appointment set up for later this month to beg the doctor to perform an ablation or simply give me the hysterectomy that I have been asking for over the last 15 years. My children are grown and I have no plans to have any more. Why do I need to endure this hell?

I had Mirena inserted July 2009 and I have been spotting off and on ever since, which my doctor told me would happen for about 6 months or so. The insertion itself was painless, I barely noticed that my doctor did it. I don't know if I just have a high tolerance for pain or if I just have a great doctor, because my experience sounds nothing like some of the other women.
As far as other symptoms, I think so far everything is going good and I am very pleased with it. My periods are lighter, but the spotting off and on is getting a little annoying. I think so many people are quick to blame something on their health problems, and not look at the big picture.
Mirena== good choice for me!

I'm 32 years old, never taken bc or been pregnant in my life. My gyn recommended loestrin24 for my CONSTANT pelvic pain and very heavy, crampy, painful 7-8 days periods. I started taking it, i had some spotting during the first set of pills and some heavier bleeding on the last four pills of my pack. When i started the second set of pills my pelvic pain grown and i had an ultrasound showing a 2cm cyst and also a mildly fibroid uterus. The gyn said just stick to the pill and once it starts kicking in, i will feel a lot better. Well i'm not. I started and extremely heavy bleeding on the 16th day of my second set of pills, 4 days went by and still bleeding, crampy. I started reading this board cause i'm on the edge to finish taking this pill.

I am 19 years old and I have depression. I had a Laparoscopy done in January to remove a rather large cyst... during the surgery they found that I have endometriosis mainly on my right side. After about two months of horrible pain (after the surgery) my doctor decided to put me through the 6 months of Depo Lupron. After a week the nausea was horrible and I actually vomited at work. The hot flashes have been horrible and my body hurts all over all the time. About a month or so into the treatment, my depression intensified to the point that I didn't want to live any more. I would sit up at night just thinking about how I could make it all stop. Crazily enough I stopped taking the depression medicine while one the shots and I felt a little better. I still have some bad days but it is better. The night sweats have gotten worse the past two months. I have a consult in a couple of weeks to figure out where to go from here in my treatment. I've read several "testimonials" and it seems that I'm not alone in the way I feel. My friends and family haven't exactly been understanding about it either. It's nice to hear that other people can sympathize with me.

I have been experienced very "prolonged" periods with Mirena lasting 20 days or more per month.
I first got the mirena inserted in May 2007 and had no problems and loved it. I ceased to have a period for almost two years. Then, in February of 2009 I started to experience prolonged bleeding. I have no other symptoms just bleeding (using about 2 tampons a day when I am bleeding - 20 days out of the months).
I have found plenty of information on bleeding immediately after the mirena is inserted but come up empty trying to find anyone else with my experience.
My doctor says he sees this in about 10% of his patients with Mirena. Often times, he says it will correct itself, but many woman choose to have it removed.

Hi I got the mirena April 16th 09, I had heavy bleeding for the first month then light bleeding for another month then it stopped! I found my moods eased a little bit and I wasn't so angry all the time. It's now late July, I have started having constant headaches, cramping and the worst symptoms of getting your period it felt like labor with pain down my leg and back ache, I also felt nausea. I was worried I might have ectopic pregnancy so I rang gyny on a Saturday ($200) to check it out and found I had a burst cyst (from mirena) but he didn't tell me that. Then I have been having pain in chest and feeling stressed more often this doctor called me a hypocondriac in little words. I think it's the mirena cause I have never felt like this before.
oh and my sex drive has virtually disappeared. other than that, if you don't want kids than get one thats all it's good for!

I am SO glad I ran across this site.I am not crazy! My Mirena was put in about 3 months ago after my gyno finally put it together that my birth control pills were causing menstrual migraines. I will say the Mirena helped with the headaches, but lately I have not felt like myself. I have gained 10 lbs. in 3 months (even though I have been eating well and exercising more to avoid this side effect), my hair is oily, I have little dry itchy patches on my skin, fatigue, joint pain, no interest in having sex (after we do have sex sometimes I get horrible cramps and pain, like when the Mirena was inserted) I am super moody, and have anxiety/depression/anxiety problems, bloated almost constantly, and I feel like I can't focus or concentrate on anything! I called my gyno this morning because I do not want to feel like this anymore, and told her about all my symptoms. The only thing that makes sense to me is that Mirena is causing all my problems, since I never had any of them until I got it put in. The gyno tells me its not Mirena, that it definitely does not cause all that, and to get my thyroid checked because that is my problem. However, after reading all these stories, I am convinced that it is Mirena, and I am definitely getting it out. There is no way so many women can only have Mirena in common and have the same problems, even if they are not listed as side effects on the Mirena brochure.
So I am definitely getting it taken out, but I am curious about experiences after having it removed. How long till you feel like yourself again? Do the side effects go away quickly? Does it hurt more or less than getting it put in? Does the weight come off easily?
Hopefully this post helps someone as much as the other posts helped me. Thank you all for taking the time to post.

I had my Mirena placed in April 2003 after the birth my second child and by August 2003 I had headaches, nausea, yeast infections, severe fatigue, pain and fever. By September 2003 I was fed up and made an appointment with a specialist, at my fist appointment he found a 8cm cyst in my left ovary and the 4 cm cyst in the right. The Dr. made me come in for an ultrasound every 6 weeks and told me the cyst will go away on there own. 2 years and over $10,000 in out of pocket medical fees asked to have the Mirena removed. The Dr. insisted it was not the cause of the cyst or pain and scheduled exploratory surgery. On September 16th 2005 the Dr. removed my ruptured left ovary and found a mass of scar tissue on the right ovary along with endometriosis lesions in on and around my uterus. The pain was gone for 2 months and quickly returned. I asked again to have it removed and when he declined I made an appointment with planned parenthood and had the Mirena removed. Since the removal of my Mirena I have had 1 miscarriage and 3 additional surgery's, I still have cyst on my right ovary and just had my first abnormal pap.

Hi,
I'm fit, tough and extremely healthy. Tried Mirena. Ok for one year then within six months I experienced increasing upper abdominal pain and ultimately the sensation of something bursting central chest and the first of three Emergency Hospital admissions. Bloods clear. Xrays clear. ECG's clear. Endoscope clear (had experienced severe and sudden onset gastroenteritus/IBS acid reflux, extreme food intolerance.) Also had a large cyst needed draining (and multiple smaller) appeared in left breast. Lymph glands in neck up. High histamine, raised albumin, white blood cells relating to allergy/parasite. Allergic reaction/systemic rejection of coil?
No uterus pain at all.(Not had period for over a year)
So very ill after sixteen weeks being consistently told it wouldn't be the coil I took it out. Hard to describe but an extreme sense of relief, reduction in pain from entire GI tract swelling/sensitivity.
QUESTION.
One week on huge improvement but I still have continual upper body/chest pain (diaphragm?), and additional pain sharp pain through left ribs to shoulder blade, worse with sudden movement. Anyone had residual/slow to improve nerve damage? Need to be fit for my job.
Thank you for reading.
PS. Its not a 'coil'. Its a nasty sharp edged piece of plastic.

I had my mirena place in October 2008. I had no symptoms at first, but about 3 months ago that all changed. I'm losing my hair, severe abdominal cramping, fluttering (like being pregnant), severe lower back pain, dizziness, headache constantly at least once a day. I also had regular periods up until last month, when it simply never came. I freaked thinking I was pregnant I had all symptoms (tender breast, missed period, frequent urination, and nausea). So I called my doctor and demanded he order a blood test because with my son the home pregnancy test did not show positive until I was 3 months pregnant. Of course the test came back negative, but I swear I am pregnant, all the symptoms I had with my son I am having now. I know that I'm not but these are crazy side effects from the mirena..Also I didn't know until I read on here that the cyst are a side effect I have one on my right hand that just appeared out of no where about 3 months ago as well..It hurts just to type :)....In the end I will not have the mirena removed, the benefits surely out weigh the risks. Good luck to everyone with the mirena!

I'm almost 20 years old and started taking BC to regulate my periods a few years ago and help with extreme cramps. I started on Yasmin and was on it for about 5 months and then started seeing a new OBGYN who suggested trying Yaz. I was on Yaz for about a year and a half and it worked great. But then I started getting really painful ovarian cysts. To help with the cysts my doctor switched me to another BC which made me extremely depressed and emotional. Now I am finally on Femcon FE and have been fo about six months. I haven't had a problem with another cyst again and things were working out fine... until about 3 months ago I skipped a period. No big deal I thought to myself, it is definitely not possible for me to be pregnant, its been over a year since I've had sex, so i figured it must just be stress or the way I'm eating or something..
Well it's been 3 months and still no period. I know most ladies would love to not have one but I'm starting to worry if this is something that is normal. I honestly don't know if it has anything to do with Femcon but I have a strong feeling it does because I haven't been stressed, my eating habits haven't changed and I know it is not possible for me to be pregnant. I am going to see my OBGYN soon if I still don't have one after this next pack but I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced the lack of a period as a side effect of this medicine because on this site I mostly only see women who have it too often.

I was prescribed this medicine for 10 days due to a cyst like skin infection on my inner thigh. On day 5 My right eye on the left side was very bloodshot. Not sure if its related as I had pink eye a couple weeks ago and thought it was gone. I also have gout and take allopurinol which sometimes causes my eyes to get bloodshot for extended periods. On day 9 I had a headache (throbbing behind my eyes), slight fatigue and that night it felt like I might be getting the flu (aches, nose passageway closing a little). Today has been the worst, still not sure if its related to the meds as this has been the season of the swine flu as well. I have positional vertigo which makes me dizzy sometimes, I've been free of dizziness from the vertigo for 3 years and just started again tonight. My teeth have been sensitive to cold all day too and even though it was 98 degrees outside and 77 in the house I was freezing. Feel a little bit of heart flutters as well. I did miss one dose on day 8. I probably didn't drink enough water with the prescription either. Lastly, I've been a bit stressed from work and an upcoming trip so take these "side effects" with a grain of salt. Either that or my body is week from all the other problems I have. Thankfully I haven't been itchy as others describe.

I have been on Yasmin for two and a half months now. It was prescribed to me by my doctor as a means of treating 2 cyst that developed because of my endometriosis as a means of avoiding surgery. He put me on it for 3 months but because I forgot to start the second pack for 2 weeks I had to start the 3 month period all over. The first month I took Yasmin the side effects were minimal but since I started taking it in May I have gotten a constant vaginal itch and pain, my eye sight is blurry, stomach feels sick and I get stomach pains, neck pains, shoulder pains, leg pains and hip pains, pains in my face, little or no lubrication during intercourse, constantly have to urinate, stomach feels like its tightening and has gotten really big, gets short of breathe easily, bad headaches, I feel as though I would pass out any minute when I am standing or walking, I am disinterested in everything, I get nausea, I have lost all interest in sex, I feel bloated all the time, I have lost all taste in my mouth, feels very tired and fatigued all the time, I feel very sad for no reason. I keep feeling sick all the time and have lost interest in food. When I am sitting I feel the pains in my legs and hip even more. I am falling into a state of depression and it is beginning to show at work. I am also gaining a lot of weight, rapidly, and really don't know what to do about it because I am very careful with the things I eat, how they are cooked and the time I eat also and I do exercise. I really don't know if I should continue until I finish the 3 months to see if it works for me or if I should stop taking the Yasmin and ask my doctor to try something else. I just don't feel altogether right now.

Well, Let me offer a slightly more positive review of this drug. I have been on it for 5 months now and have one month to go. All my pain from the endo and the large cyst I had are gone, at least for now. Yes, I experienced hot flashes, night sweats, constant sweating actually, oily skin, nausea at first, and the two that are the hardest to deal with, acne and the weight gain. i think I've gained like 10 pounds, mostly in my stomach. From what I read on here it does not go back to normal after the drugs ware off as my Dr. assured me it would. Is that right? Has anyone gone back to normal weight wise after the drug? Oh, and I did have a mood swing here and here in the first 2-3 months but actually my mood is much better as the add back therapy had fake progesterone in it and I think my body was lacking that. I guess I'm happy with it as long as I can loose the weight afterward.

Im reading these stories and crying... So many lights keep going off the more I read... Im 30 and had my first child last June. They put the "thing" in 6 weeks post-pardum and it made me dizzy and sick to my stomach instantly, hut like hell, and I spent a couple days in bed on pain pills. But I figured a week or so was worth five years of freedom... HA!!! I had barely stopped bleeding and getting energy back for a couple weeks since before from having the baby, but this started that back up with a vengeance. I have been walking around like a b*tchy zombie for almost a year now. I actually went to the doctors in November to ask them if a pain I was having in my pelvis and my grumpy, irritable mood could be from the Mirena. I was told I probably had post pardum depression and possible a cyst, instructed to wait until after 6 or 7 months post pardum to see if my mood improved and get a follow up ultrasound if the pain in my pelvis got worse. Well that particular pain did go away, so I figured they were right, I let the "thing" do it's job and tried to forget about it as I was instructed to do. But the moodiness NEVER went away! I forgot who I was altogether, could not go to work any more, and attributed it to being a new mother, things change! Another 6 weeks later I actually split up from my fiance as I had driven him crazy... I spent Dec-Feb alone with a tiny baby, depressed out of my mind, and TOTALLY out of it everyday. Zero energy, but I figured I was just depressed. My fiance and I have since gotten back together after I practically had to tear him out of the arms of another woman, and convince him I could change. Still in all that time I never thought about the IUC. I still feel sooo freaking tired all the time, which has progressively gotten worse, and would have kept on except that about two months ago my back started hurting. I thought I pulled a muscle, so I stayed layed up resting. I thought I needed a new mattress so I went out and got another one, no change... Then I started thinking I might have some sort of infection, because Ive never had any muscle pain that lasted 6 weeks for no reason. I remembered the Mirena having PID warnings about people with multiple sex partners. Even though I have only had one, he had another, so I'm thinking I must have an infection and set up an appt to see the OB and get tested... In the meantime I came to this site after my mother sent me link of side effects... I read a few more each evening and have become more and more convinced that this is the problem, not only with my debilitating back pain (which has progressed into abdominal pain shooting down my legs as well), which has now progressed from irritable to severe, and not being able to function day-to-day. But also the moodiness, angriness, depression, foggy headedness, dizziness, headaches, lack of sexual desire, bloated feeling, insomnia - big time, I can be tired all day and it takes me two hours to fall asleep at night, then I sleep 10 hours and spend the next day tired all day - its not any way to live and I'm fed UP!!! - And then the hair thing... this topped it off for me, just too weird that all these people have the same problems, convinced me that I was fixable! It would have never occurred to me before I read this, but one day about 5 months ago I woke up with a weird new layer of very short hairs at the front of my scalp, not noticing severe hair loss, but my hair is VERY thick, so I cant really tell, but I did notice the short ones popping up. I actually thought my fiance cut my hair to use for voo-doo or something, I also thought my mother in law gave me something to dry up my breast milk, because shortly after having the "thing" installed my milk inexplicably dried up while we happened to be staying a week with them, now I think it was the Mirena. I have an appointment Thursday to take the "thing" out, and I am nervous about the pain, disappointed because the "thing" was so expensive, and I'm unsure what else to do about BC. But REALLY looking forward to finding myself again, I miss me, I know my fiance does, and I think my child would like to meet me too ;)
... Even if it isn't doing all these things, the paranoia and psychological trauma Im feeling just thinking about it is enough to convince me that this IS NOT for me! Wish me luck - I will follow up in a few weeks

I got my Mirena IUD (5yr) inserted on 30September2009 and it was very painful. Probably because im only 19 and my husband and i have no kids. Its not 21November2009 and im still having heavy bleeding. I did notice that i had an increase in hair loss, my hair sheds like crazy but until Mirena it is coming out in very small clumps. I also noticed that my face has broke out more with acne. Around 01November2009 i had HORRIBLE HORRIBLE cramps, i ended up going to my doctors asap and they found a cyst. I dont know if it was a cyst caused my the Mirena or if it was only noticeable until the Mirena. I had my doctor go in and check for my strings and she couldn't find them, so i got an xray to find out the my Mirena has shifted a bit and my strings are now up in my Cervix. My husband is in the Army and is Deployed so i dont know how sex it. Everyone's information has helped me out a lot. and i hope that my long crazy journey has helped someone as well. :)
