Dark spots symptoms and conditions

After just 2 weeks on Alesse, I realized my cheeks has darker pigmentation. Very obvious. And always on mood swing. However I have stopped. Just not worth the money spent on clearing up the dark spots because of Alesse.

Has anyone experienced Melasma with this drug? I am trying to identify if this is the cause of my melasma, because it worsened when we increased from dose from 150 up to 250mg a day.

I have been taking Femcon FE for 2 months now and I am going to ask my doctor to switch me back to my old pill. I have developed several dark spots on my cheeks and upper lip. Beside the discoloration my sex drive barely exists and I am very very emotional. It is not worth it if you ask me.

I just started using le24 @ the end of Feb.2008. i was 19 but turned 20 this March. I started taking this pill bc i had very bad cramps & mild acne. i have not had any weight gain, my skin is so...... clear even the dark spots. so far so good with this pill. i think this pill is better for teens to young adults 15-22. bc i have read the other blogs & it seems the younger girls has less side effects.

I've been on Yaz since November 2006. So, for 9 months. My mood swings are MUCH better, however I have NOT changed my eating or exercise patterns and have in the last month and a half gained 6 lbs. I also have noticed - beginning in July, darkness above my upper lip (this is driving me crazy)
