I am so glad I found this site. i had the mirena inserted in march of this year. i am having horrible side effects with the mirena. because of this iud my relationship with my amazing boyfriend is completely falling apart. I am angered by him for no reason at all. I make assumptions towards him all the time. I started to realize that i was going crazy when he surprised me with an amazing new car, and all i could do was complain, and treat him like crap. i feel lousy for the way i have been treating him. I have felt that he is the one to blame. I now realize it is the mirena that is making me paranoid, and mean. I am going through a horrible depression, when actually I am a very happy upbeat person. I am tired all the time. I am moody, and I explode a rage of anger on people all the time, from my mother to my coworkers, and my boyfriend. Right now i feel so guilty for not realizing that i have been the problem all along. I also have bad memory loss. which is very unusual for me. I am known for my great memory. My school work suffered because i was sleeping through homework assignments, and class. i am bloated, and swollen every day. I am also gaining alot of weight. at first i was using diet and exercise, but with no results, and weight gain during the diets, I have given up and have been giving into my cravings. for the past month i have thought i was pregnant due to tummy flutters, lack of bleeding, crying a lot, and cravings. after taking a pregnancy test that came out negative i decided to do some research, and found this site. I also have headache, swollen throat, and vomiting. I am a very healthy person so this is also unusual. i am getting acne which has never been a problem, and am also getting back pain. I am calling my doctor in the morning to get this thing removed asap. i can not take these side effects any longer. i just hope that I have not lost my soul mate due to this stupid iud. does anyone know how long it takes for these side effects to stop after removal of mirena? I really just want to be my normal happy self again.

I'm 15 years old and i've been taking prednisone for a few months, and from what i've read i'm on a really high dose. i was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and another autoimmune disorder concerning my muscles at the same time. my doctor told me prednisone was my only choice; it was either that or i would lose the ability to walk. he told me there'd be side effects, but i had no idea it'd turn out like this or i would have fought harder for another course of action. i started out on 30mg twice a day, and since then was weaned down to 20mg twice a day and now i'm down to 30mg once a day. i've been looking up a bunch of information trying to figure out if there's a way to lessen the side effects or any hope at all that they will get better. apparently there isn't much. after reading a bunch of these stories i gotta say i'm not feeling great about this. i totally understand everything everyone is going through. i'm sure you can imagine what it's like being smack in the middle of high school with a huge puffy face, acne so bad on my face, chest, back, neck, and shoulders that wearing a bra could put me in tears, and mood swings so bad i've lost friends over it. everyone knows how brutal high school can be, where appearance and attitude are everything. and i try to tell my doctor about it and he literally looks at me like i'm a whiny teenager and says "you're just going to have to deal with it." and people like my mom and my closest friends don't get it either. nobody understands how beyond frustrating it is. i'll get into the worst moods and not have a reason for it, but i'll stay angry for hours or burst into tears over someone looking at me the wrong way. it'll get to the point where i have to isolate myself from other people because the abrubt mood changes get so bad. as bad as i hate to admit it, the pain from the arthritis is gone now and supposedly my muscles are doing better too. developing arthritis caused me to have to quit cheerleading, something i've loved doing for 6 years, because the pain got to the point where i couldn't get my arms above my head or bend my knees. however, i'd almost rather deal with the horrible joint pain than deal with the side effects of prednisone. if your doctor gives you and alternative method, take it. i've always been confident in the way i look and really outgoing and happy and now i sometimes catch myself thinking about suicide. that's shocking to me because i've got so much going for me, but this medicine makes me miserable. and when i complain about it, anyone i'm talking to just looks at me like i'm being a cry baby. my mom does too, she'll say things like "you just have to do this. i know it's not what you want but to be honest i'm sick of hearing you bitch about it."
i feel a little better knowing other people feel the same way - like nobody gets whats going on with them. the prednisone does give me days of really great euphoria and days when i feel like i could run a marathon, but waking up in the morning to the acne and huge face puts me to tears every day. i have to pee all the time, usually getting up at 2 or 3 am. i don't sleep well anymore and i do sweat all the time. which also sucks being a teenage girl. i'm always hungry, and when i eat i never feel full so i don't know when to stop. my neck and face have put on so much weight that when people see me in the halls or out and about they ask me what happened. mind you these are people i don't talk to, just ones i know from classes or whatever. and it's pretty bad when teenage boys i've never really talked to ask what happened to your face. kind of a blow to the ego, or whatever is left of it at this point.
i'd like to know if, as my dosage gets lowered, the side effects will diminish and when i'm off the prednisone completely if they will disappear altogether. any help there?
or if there is any way to help the acne or puffy face
my doctor just put me on something called methotrexate or something like that to help wean me off the prednisone, and does anyone know what those side effects will do? or if they'll affect the prednisone side effects?
i'm constantly obsessing over gaining weight and what my skin looks like and what i eat and how heavy my face feels and the occasional pressure in my eyes to the point where i just want to be put out of my misery.
and after reading other people's stories i really don't understand why this drug is still given out as freely as it is. but maybe all doctors are like mine, they just don't get it.
best of luck to anyone who's on prednisone, my heart goes out to you; i'm right there with you
sorry this became like a book it wasn't meant to be this long

My now 17 year old daughter was prescribed Yaz back on 7/12/07. Since then she has had an extreme problem with constipation. She has been to the doctors several times, and is now seeing a gastrointestinal specialist because she can only have a bowel movement if she takes a laxative. The pediatric doctor had her on miralax from April to October trying to get this problem under control. It has not worked. We are seeing the specialist and they are running her through a battery of tests, which will now possible include a colonoscopy (at 17 !!!!). She has been extremely moody and aggravated - which I attributed to her age of course. She is no longer extremely athletic, she doesn't really do a lot. She is not the same person, definitely is a homebody now - never going out hardly with friends, etc. She has also had a 20 pound weight gain and for a tiny girl, this has had a huge effect on her. I have watched all of this, and never really thought about the yaz connection until today when a friend sent me this email with a link to this site:
******
that is when I got scared thinking maybe her problems were all caused by yaz. of course her acne cleared up, but her periods are still irregular and spotty. has anyone else experienced the bowel problems???

okay ladies, I'm not sure what you all are experiencing since I'm not a doctor. But I will tell you that a huge amount of your symptoms can either be age related or post baby related. I have four children ages 15, 6, 5, 3.
The beginning stages of the Mirena granted are not pretty and can last for months. I was having a terrible time with my periods and was out of commission for the first three days of every cycle each month. I have had my Mirena for almost 2 years now and am going on 41. I had to wait it out for about 6 months before seeing any huge improvements. I will tell you this, over eating and NOT eating a healthy diet of fruits and veggies will aggravate bloating and mood swings. You could have these with or without the IUD. I never lost my hair unless I was 3-6 months post partum.
A diet rich in potato chips, bread, meats and cheesy pizza will show on your hair skin and nails. The typical American diet will leave even your special guy moody. As we age the expectation is that we will always feel 18 and I have had to come to grips with how my body ages and how I take care of it. A new baby whether it is your 1st or 4th will cause unwanted fatigue. I still struggle with fatigue because not everyone sleeps thru the night including my hubby so my sleep gets disrupted a lot. There are several things you can do to help your Mirena work for you and not scare you. I NEVER lose my sex drive unless I fail to exercise even a little each week and have fought back with a super charged diet. I'm not perfect at it but boy does it ever help. Sugar has a HUGE impact on your hormones and fatigue level. Limit it. Got to bed as early as you can and avoid late night TV. Don't give your precious zzz's to some silly show that won't help you be a better person any way. Get moving and add a little (or a lot) of weight training to your days- your sex drive will soar and your body will thank you. Pray for wisdom. God will help. Sometimes he uses fatigue to slow me down and focus on what is really important. Granted not everyone can handle an IUD. But if you try a little self care and be patient you might find that it works for you. I had heavy bleeding and at my age the doc said I got it just in time because from 40-50 I could expect more of the same. I am grateful for it because I felt like I was dying every time I had a period. A little fatigue is worth the benefits. Keep in mind that even your little ones get tired. They need naps and they are kids. We need rest in the afternoons too. It's okay to stay off the phone and rest a little if you can. My energy drainers are TV, negative people, talking on the phone too much, eating too much especially when I'm not really hungry, the wrong foods when I do eat, and not getting sleep or exercise. Start small and see if over time it doesn't make a big difference before you throw in the towel. Blessings to all and especially the new mommies.

I am a female and was diagnosed with Hashimoto's three years ago (looking at old childhood photos I've probably had this all my life) and have taken Levoxyl and Synthroid in escalating doses over time. Initially 25mcg for about a year and that was the endo plan until bloodwork indicated a need for more. I quit taking it after a year as it seemed I was gaining weight. After a few months went to a different endo and he started the treatment again with 25 (I weighed 160 at the time) and now has worked it to 100mcg (I now weigh 178!!!). I thought that with the higher dose I would have more of a weight loss effect (definitely not weight gain) and thought I'd have more energy, better brain function and happier outlook. I am experiencing the complete opposite. The last time I visited the endo and he looked at my weight gain he just said to "stop it". I work out almost every day for 45 minutes to 2 hours, have a job that at times requires arduous work, I eat a very healthy diet full of fiber, low in fat, low in carbs. I'm always hungry and feel like eating to make up for a lack of energy. I come home from work exhausted. This isn't living. I've had it with the Synthroid and any form of T-4 alone. I'm going to see a natural healthcare professional to try Armour because none of the medical doctors I've seen will prescribe it or synthetic T-3.

replying to twhat 7240 regarding the anti-inflammatory diet, I this that the Wellness Diet by Dr. Andrew Weil is the most comprehensive http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/ART02012/anti-inflammatory-diet. I had tried it for a few weeks and although it is more work because I can't just eat a package of cookies or a granola bar (too processed) I did use snack-sized bags with nuts and sunflower seeds and had much more fresh fruit. It IS an adjustment, but I did feel better. I do notice that certain foods don't make me feel great after eating them, tired, not mentally sharp, full, bloated, etc. If you have a hectic schedule though it is going to be a fair amount of work for you to prepare fresh food daily, so try to be reasonable about it and find favorites and stick to that. I don't have kids, and I find it is enough work just to prapare these foods for myself. There are lots of websites for anti-inflammatory-diets, i would suggest reviewing them all and making some decisions that will fit your lifestyle. And congratulations - I am actually going through some personal trouble, because of past behavior my fiance is considering postponing our wedding in October, and even though it is upsetting, I have no irrational thoughts! So I am happy for you and your son, let me know how your research into the anti-inflammatory diet goes.

I have just spent the last hour reading some of the post about Yaz. I have yet to read one that states she is diagnosed with PMDD and that is the reason for her dr. putting her on Yaz. Yaz is not only a birthcontrol pill but also effective tool in treading PMDD. PMDD is the more life effecting sever side effects of your menstral cycle. Some of the side effects people are experiencing on Yaz are those that I suffer with on a regular basis. You see I have been diagnosed with PMDD. I suffer every month for at least 7 - 10 days before my period starts. I literally hate human contact during this period. The slighest thing makes me uncontrollably irrate with things from fuzz on my carpet to the site of my husband. I experience svere road rage. Have absolutley no desire to do anything but eat and sleep. These side effects make life for everyone around me pure hell. Once my cycle starts they subside. I literally turn into cruella deville every month. I have been put on other antideppresants for the treatment of PMDD with no good results. I gladly welcome nasuea, headaches and break thru bleeding versus no sleep for days on end, halluctinations, memory loss, and flat affect all symptons I experienced on Prozac the most common treatment of PMDD. Not only do I suffer from PMDD but I have horrible horrible monthly periods consisting of major bledding with excessive clotting. I go thru 2 40ct. boxed of tampons each month and a box of maxi pads too. So if a headache is the price i have to pay for a few months I say bring it on. Any dr will tell you and the pamplet that comes with Yaz state that you may suffer some side effects until your body becomes adjusted to the new medication. You can't just pop one pill and say whalla my life is perfect now. I just started Yaz this week and so far no symptoms listed on this site have i experienced. Maybe some people need to be more patient. Medications are like diets, they don't all work and they were not intended to be overnight miracle workers. I will keep and eye on this site and further update with any success and or non success I have with this med. Remember talking a med used to treat an ailment that you don't have can make you suffer from worse side effects.

Hi my name is Jessica an I was diagnosed with Chrohn's on 3/4/08. I started with the Entcort for two weeks and that did nothing for all the pain and suffering that I had been going through since November. The put me on Prednisone at 40mg a day. I have been on it for about 3 weeks. After 3 day I noticed the moon face because I had lost so much weight because of being so sick for so long. I still hardly eat and am still losing weight. I can't sleep more then 3 hours at a time unless I take something to strong enough to help me fall asleep and if I sleep for more then 5 hours I will be up for the next 20 before I can even try to lay down. I have OCD which I have never had and cant stop cleaning when I feel up to it (kinda like this side affect). I have been haveing awful leg cramps and walking into stuff all the time. I forget what Im doing or were Im going. BUT the WORST PART is the ACNE... I am an Esthetician and I never had anything like this. I mean I have breakouts during the normal times ect... But this is bad an everyday there are more of them. I use really good stuff on my face to begin with an the things I would use on a client are not the same for treating acne that is caused from this drug so those things are not helping either. Right now my makeup covers it ok, but Im going to be on Prednisone for 3 more months before they will start weening me off and then going on 6-MP drug. I cant go 3 more months if this is going to get worst. PLEASE IS THERE ANYONE WHO KNOWS WHAT TO USE TO CONTROL THIS ACNE ????

I am 22, I have Lupus and RA. I am on other meds too but I am more than positive that Prednisone has brought about my moon face and maybe my sleepless nights. I workout everyday and in the best shape I have been in my whole life but it sucks because I am only able to be this healthy because I am on all these meds including Prednisone. I probably would be using a walker. So basically its a choice of vanity(huge head) or good health. But I have asked my doctor to lower my doses. Was at 30mg, I am now at 20....hopefully I can get down to just 5mg and still be able to move my joints as freely as I do now

I am male 37 years old. In June 2007, my blood test shows 249 total cholesterol. After that, I was taking super B-complex, fish and flax seeds pills. It went down to 213 total cholesterol (40 HDL, 136 LDL and TRI 176). And I asked my family doctor to give prescription for Zocor(I asked particular drug because I will get good discount rate at my employer's place). he gave me Zocor 20 mg. After taking 1-month medication I felt some inconvenience during sex . You don’t feel it normal. I can’t do much exercise and some times feel depressed. I usually do 1-hour exercise or any form of exercise (Yoga). After Two months I tested my blood cholesterol level. It shows now total cholesterol 181(LDL 93, HDL 42 and TRI 223). And also showed ALT and urine protein little elevated. Now I stopped medication for past two days, feeling better at day time but night I am having weird dreams and indigestion problem. I guess these are withdrawal symptoms. I would go for natural medication like regular exercise, diet (oat meal, high fiber content, less sugar, less white rice). No more Statin drugs. Any one have same problem?

I had my Mirena IUD put in May 1st of 2007 and all the side effects that came along with it......the constant spotting, acne, itching breasts (which I thought was due to new bras that I had just purchased), nausea, depression (which I had to go back to taking Wellbutrin), no energy; tired all the time. My biggest side effect which I have not found any others to have is Allergies. I know it sounds crazy, but I have never had problems with allergies until a month and half after getting the IUD, extreme allergy symptoms, swollen glands, neck pain, very shortness of breath; to the point that I was down for a whole day here and there, I am having to take Allegra; had to get a steroid shot. Now that it is cold, I thought I would be getting break from the allergies, nope. I joined a gym hoping that it would help in giving me energy, nope.........I have talked to my Dr and the nurses that work with my gyno and they act as if I am making this stuff up. It is very frustrating when you know that your body has done a complete 360 in the wrong direction and everyone seems to think your crazy.
Well I am having my IUD taken out as soon as I can!

I am glad to have read the post below me.
From the majority of posts on this forum, it makes it seem as though Yasmin is an evil poison that the medical community is using to destroy women. I was seriously frightened after reading all the comments. While I do believe all these women about the negative effects of Yasmin, there must be some out there who are pleased with this pill. Everyone's body is different. I have been on it for only 5 days now, so I can't really say anything yet.
I will report back after 3 months or so, unless I have gone bald, blind, insane and bed ridden with head-to-toe pain at that time. I guess that could happen but I really hope it will simply calm my awful menstruation and help my husband and I delay pregnancy while we work on being able to afford to at least take care of ourselves.

I started taking Lamictal for bi-polar disorder. I did the starter pack about 6 months ago. Then went up to 200mg. I felt like crap. My head was foggy, couldn't remember things, easy stuff like how to spell words that I know I can spell. Upset stomach, blurry vision terrible headaches abd migraines.
I stopped taking it and went back to my shrink and he said it's like have high blood pressure I have to keep taking it.
So I started the starter pack again and I'm up to 100 mg. I ache all over. My bones hurt so bad and after reading all of the info on here I'm going to talk to my doctor about other trestments.
My primary dr. has sent me for blood work and results were normal so she wants addition blood work done, but I think it has a lot to do with the lamictal. I'm glad I found this site, I don't feel like I'm alone.
It's hard feeling this way and friends and family think your faking or crazy, and I'm not. My mood has stabilized on this med but all the side affects suck.
Oh yeah and the weight gain! And no matter what I do I can't lose any weight. The vivid dreams are wild too. One night I woke up sweating with my heart pounding so hard from a nightmare I was having.
Thanks for all the info. I wish you all well and good luck finding the right meds.

I am so glad I found this site. I chose Mirena because the copper IUD was giving me heavy bleeding , so this appeared to be the great solution.
The bleeding decreased but at the same time other symptoms appeared.
After eight months of visiting doctors of all kinds, taking pills for deppression, and going on never-ending diets, I found a doctor whom I have never seen before, and he looked at the facts from a distance.
It was him who suggested that Mirena could possibly have something to do with my gain loss (22 pounds) , mood changes, hair loss, incredible bloating of my stomach after eating and tiredness.
Reading this experiences only made me more certain to have it removed as soon as possible , hoping to get back to my old self soon.

All you are Hypochondriacs. If one person says this medicine is causing this, then of course; you all have the same problem "some how." Isn't this weird? It is called the "placebo effect." Normally all the people involved in the testing are given "Lisinopril" (or some other drug), then the placebo group is given a vitamin supplement, the group receving the vitamin supplement is being told they are receving "Lisinopril." Mysteriously?, the "placebo group" is all feeling better and their symptoms are gone. This is due to the fact that all these people in the "placebo group" have interacted with eachother and have told eachother "I feel better" than of course everybody feels better. So WEIRD!! So, my point is this forum is all your peoples "placebo group." If you guys never heard of these side effects from this forum you would have never experinced them. Hypochondriacs all of you are. This is a very good medicine that is helping all of you make up for your peoples lack of self-disipline to control your diet or exercise enough to lower your blood pressure naturally. So be thankful. Lets not complain about false side effects because John has them. I wonder what the side-effects of that cheese burger are that caused high blood pressure. It is funny, I don't see a forum for that. So deal with your so called "side-effects" that are associsted with "Lisinopril" or go on a diet people. Get over it!!

Has anyone ever had tons of weight gain while taking Singulair? I have been on this drug for about four years now and my weight has increased to more than 50 pounds of weight gain! I have a lot of aches and pains, leg cramps at night, insomnia, but the asthma has improved. I still get my once a year very bad attack with bronchitis, etc, but the improvement was great.
I have had everything else checked out for my weird continued weight gain and everything is normal. So I am checking out this drug and one other I am on for thyroid. (No, it's not my thyroid, my thyroid tests are normal now). It doesn't matter what I do I gain weight. Just wondering if this drug is causing it. My doc told me it was the cause of my insomnia and suggested moving it to the A.M..
I am tired of this weight gain, and it is starting more physical problems, like my bad knees. I ahve always been active and my eating habits haven't changed. Dieting is not working either. Any suggestions? Anyone else gaining unexplained weight?
Thanks!

Just a quick update about my husbands law suit with doctor who gave him 6 shots of kenalog for gout in his feet, legs, and knees. Russell ended up rushed into hospital with steriod induced diabetes and was told he would be inusulin dependant for the rest of his life, although his records went missing from hospital shortly after he was admitted. the doctor acting for the solictor came to examine him and has told us he has found letters from the hospital to our doctors and the interesting fact that I think everyone should know, he told us that the manufactors of kenalog suggest a maxium dose of 80 ml he told us Russell was injected with 320ml. We were also told that even though what he went through was very frighting because he did not die, we haven't got a positive case for sueing the doctor. ( but we still are continuing with the law suit)
Russell is not using insulin anymore as the steriods have came out of his body and his pancreas started again, although he is now classed as diabetic type 2 ( diet controlled)

Guest #28372 is right on target!!! After removing Dairy, Eggs, Yeast, and sugar from our boys' diets, they have not been sick. We give them a organic soy yogurt daily, we see a chiropractor twice a month, and of course pray for them. I tell you...you know your children...if the meds do more harm than good, try something natural!!!!! They don't take any more meds and are not sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A GREAT alternative to Lipitor is Garlic, vinegar, and vitamin B3-Niacin. Not necessarily all at once....but, you get my drift. These have always been natures best for "roto rooting" cholesterol. I had a heart attack a year and a half ago. I stopped the Lipitor within the first 2 months due to practically disabling side effects. Had 'em all that everyone else here speaks of. I was NOT a good candidate for the stuff!!! Good luck and remember to EXERCISE.....that really is the KEY to all diets and forms of vitamin regimens.

On the issue of weight gain...
I have been off Yasmin for two months now (I stopped due to severe anxiety, heart palpatations, and rashes on my body) and I have been gaining weight rapidly since stopping the pill. The other side effects are slowly going away but I feel bloated almost all the time and have gained about 7 pounds. My diet and exercise have been constant so I am guessing it's water retention. Also, I have had awful gas and digestion issues, along with oily skin and no period at all. I'm trying to give it time to work itself out before trying another pill. I'll keep you posted as time progresses. Hang in there everyone and thanks for the posts. It is nice to know women are being proactive about their health and seeking help from others.

I've been prescribed Vicodin for chronic back and muscle pain. I 've been taking this medication for over a year. I experience NO side effects and although I am probably addicted, one tablet (10mg) daily allows me to live a normal life and carry on my normal activities. I hope that this drug is not causing damage t my liver or kidneys or any other organs. I dread the day that the Doctor takes me of the medication and then not only will I have pain (unbearable at times) I will also have to endure the withdrawls.
I read where people become constipated. I have to ask myself, could it be their diets or other medications causing this problem. For now, I am satisified with the results that I am getting and can only hope that the medication continues to work for me. D.O. Kentucky March 23,2005

My son has been taking singulair for three years--since he was two. It seemed to really help control his asthma (cough variant). He has recently become extremely violent--especially in school or with his baby brother. I did not realize singulair could be the problem. I also noticed he has been very moody and antisocial for the last year. We have tried extra attention, positive reinforcement, reduced and restricted tv/video viewing, modified diets, punishments--nothing seems to help the aggression. The only thing left we did not think about is the singulair. Any recommendations for taking him off? Is cold turkey ok, or better to decrease the mg (1/2 pill, then 1/4 pill, etc.) until he is off?

I had Mirena put in shortly after terminating an accidental pregnancy. I was told this would be my best option. I have always been a size 6, 135 pounds healthy active person. Shortly after Mirena was put in I began to gain weight so I stepped up my cardio and tightened up my diet, this helped me to stabilize my gaining. Then about a year after Mirena was inserted I could not stop the gradual but steady weight gain. It has now been nearly 4 years since Mirena was inserted I weigh 165 pounds and am busting out of a size 12, I don't consider 30 pounds insignificant weight gain!!!, I am bloated around the middle and look 4 months pregnant. I have tried EVERYTHING to lose weight. 13 hours of cardio (including trail running) a week, weights and 1000-1200 cal diets. I could not lose a single pound, in fact If I didn't do all of the dieting & working out I would gain more weight. I did not make the connection with Mirena until recently because my severe troubles didn't start until a year into it, but that is exactly when I stopped getting my period!!! I have been to doctors to get blood tests for my thyroid, I have had antidepressants shoved at me and been told" Well you know, you ARE getting older...." I don't have insurance so had to pay each of these incompetent & uninformed doctors out of pocket, not one of them even asked if I had an IUD in. I cannot even describe the torture I have been through these last 4 years, I felt so ashamed of my body that I stopped socializing with friends & family, I couldn't stand the sight of my body so never wanted to have sex with my boyfriend, this has put a HUGE strain on our relationship. Plus my sex drive has been zero. I have had heavy discharge 24/7 and an unpleasant odor, hair loss, migraines, mood swings and painful intercourse. As soon as I made the connection (& thanks to this site) I had Mirena removed. I immediately swelled even more and bled for 11 days (awful:dark & clotted, horrid smell) BUT my stomach then went down and I have already lost 3 pounds and its been about 13 days, my appetite has diminished and I feel better!
