No one has mentioned very vivid dream at night? I also have the fatigue, and wake up groggy even after 10 hours of sleep, but the dreams...weird.
Anyone else have this?

Dick...that was one of my complaints about Toprol. It caused me to have the most vivid and awful dreams of my life! It took me a long time to realize that the cause was the Toprol.

I was also taking Zestoretic with the Toprol. Yesterday my doc cut out the Zestoretic and decreased the Toprol to 25 mg/day because my BP was so low I was having spells of dizziness. I'll be interested if the dreams go away, too!
