Dsire symptoms and conditions

I am a 41 year old male, and was in good health, I did get sick with a upper respetory infection, I was put on Levaquin 500mgs for 10 days. I have a chough,i sweat at night,I cant sleep, have pain in my right arm,it feels like it is being twisted, I have had no desire to have sex, cant even get an erection, i am always tierd,and i get low grade fevers in the evening, my body does not feel normal,and i am always hot and feel slugish. i even have a hard time remembering how to spell or what i was thinking about. I am very sensetive to the sun and have no dsire to do anything.
