Hi All -- I am reading the effects that you have posted, and while I agree that after taking singular for 4 years, I do have the some of symptoms listed... BUT.. NOW I BREATH... I was living from nebulizer treatment to treatment, on Prednisone 4-5 times a year, had no energy and was afraid to do any exercise at all because of lack of breath. I used to negotiate with my Doctors on trying everything before taking Prednisone because of the side effects which are also mood swings and major anxiety... since taking Singular I have had a life -- I am aware of my asthma and allergies but have had pneumonia only once...
PLEASE -- Weigh the options... consider death through lack of breath and life - compared to suicide ... both are not living.
While the anxiety of Singular is real - through experience so is the ability to breath, live and when you are aware of it - the anxiety is manageable. NO DRUG IS WITHOUT SIDE EFFECTS... you need to balance the pro's and con's for you and your family. Make conscious and informed decisions, work with your physicians.

I am a 40 year old female who was diagnosed with asthma at age 10. I have been in and out of the hospital , whether emergency visits, or 2 week stays all my life. I found a new doctor who put me on Advair maybe 4 years ago. It has changed my life! I no longer suffer from asthma! I haven't had to use my albuterol but 3 times a year if that! I have only gained 10 pounds. It feels so wonderful to be able to breathe again, that the small weight seems to be an easy trade-off. I am so sorry for the amount of people on here who have found alot of problems with this medication! I am here to let people who haven't tried this know that it can and does work for some of us out here. Praise God!

terrible ab swelling bloat and pain swelling in different part of body but every thing seems to be on left side.Feel compression of all inside organs in abdomen.making wheezing and breathing not right.Depression - my Prozac didn,t seem to work any more now that I look back on it. I started taking lisinopril about 8 yrs ago.Lately started with headache but that went away as soon as i stopped drug. Luckily over the holidays I ran out of pills and stopped taking and about on the second day (three days after one of my emergency visits where they never find nothing even though I feel like I am dying.) I felt like my old self again .I felt normal. I was so happy Yet so mad at doctors. For getting treated like I was crazy after awhile.I found out about intestinal angioedema fro my pharmacist when on a whim asked about lisinopril .My stomach area is all still sore but not all swelled up .Oh I also had urinary problems Which I still Have off and on But I take Flomax even though i am female. Im going to get bladder scope next week and I know it has to do with compression for so long from angioedema from the lisinopril.
