Evry symptoms and conditions

Having read all the other peoples comments, am feeling a little less like I am going mad! I am 33 and have no children and had the Mirena coil fitted 18 months ago to combat VERY heavy periods and a dangerously low iron level (i suffer from PCOS). All seemed to be going well for the first 6 months or so- still bleeding but less heavily and a little bit of weight gain, but nothing too scary. Then 9 months in I got what seemed to be a very bad case of herpes the doctor didn't do a blood test, but did give me medication and pain killers.....I have been with my partner for 4 years, we are both faithful and I have never even had a cold sore before!
In the past 9 months my period have been getting more frequent again (one every couple of weeks for about 5 days) but not as heavy as before AND I am getting a very swollen every month with dry itchy areas and sometimes a blister! Does anyone know if it can cause a dormant herpes infection to become active? I am also putting on weight more and the mood swings are getting more pronounced....lots of uncontrollable for no reason and my sex drive is either very high or not there.
I think I will get it removed, but I am scared of the effect this will have on my periods........can anyone help!

my blood pressure increased due to an anti-depressant i was taking, and my doctor prescribed maxide. i discontinued the
anti-depressant,but stayed on the maxide. i find my knees are much less painful and more flexible. i also suffer from fybro-myalgia, and evry little bit helps. i'm wondering about long-term effects? i'm goint to start a potassium supl. today.

I have been given Kenalog twice..once at the Emergency room and once at an orthopedists. The first time I got a shot it just made the pain worse. I told the doctors at the orthopedists and they did the same exact thing even though i said it makes it worse. Ive taken evry NSAID known to man for pain but nothing helps. What should I do? Dr. hardly ever prescribe pain killers and would rather you suffer than take the chance of the pain killers actually working. I cut my hands bad thr vicodin i was given for the pain made my pain in my arm disappear, but i cant just walk into the doctors n say i want vicodin cuz it helps can i?

my 11 yr old as bn put on topamax for fits she only ben on it 3wks and she is cryin alot as shakes evry day very sleepy is it normal

I have been taking this for 4 days and I feel like I have the flu, evry muscle in my body hurts.

Its been a little over a year since my first injection. Two weeks after my first injection I started having severe pain in my bones. It progressivley got worse. I went through with one more shot a month later becayse my Gyno said it wasnt from the lUpron. Its been a yr now and I've seen every specialist out there. No one can give me answer as to why A 19 yr old is suffering so much. I can barley walk in the morning. I'm lucky if I get out of bed. The leg, joint, bone pain has ruined my life. I've been on evry medication. Narcotics don't even help. I would suggest that any one who is thinking of taking Lupron should think twice.

Steroids have been a night mare in my life for almost 3 years.
I started taking prednisone to combat Sarcoid 3 year ago. I was so messed up I thought I was going to die. My blood sugar went nuts. Both upper and lower Blood pressure went crazy. I started shaking and droping things and just in general feeling awful. I was on a decreasing amt. starting with 80 mg in Oct. to going completly off of it in Dec. In Jan of the next year I went to a new pulmonilogist. She said I had asthma and recommended I take Advair. After three months I started experiencing psychoses. This went on for 18 months. Starting with episodes evry few weeks to episodes every few days. The last 3 months I had several prednosine doses for sever asthma attacks. That is when I started having the most frequent episodes.

It has been almost a year since my Dr. and I figured out what was wrong with me, after going through many blood test, an MRI on my brain, an EEG, many dollars, much heart ache and much missed work. The eposiodes have started to slowly taper off in frequency and intensity.

Ther have been several occasions I need the drug, a skin rash, another severe asthma attack and inflamation in a wrist injury. I used an ointment on the skin rash, advair for the asthma and an injection for the wrist injury. All left me with psychoses.

I become extremely emotional (my face screws up and I cry), I hallucinate (my head feels goofy), My moter skills are impared and I shake. I am out of comission for 5-6 or more hrs.

If you can avoid this poison (my opinion) do so at all cost.
