Eye muscle symptoms and conditions

I was prescribed Bactrim for MRSA on August 26th, (2) 500 mg pills twice daily for one week. My first dose was that night, and the following morning I woke up with a severe migraine, and eye muscle pain. Day two I woke up with the same symptoms plus mild fever and severe pain from my neck down my spine. I was worried it was meningitis. Went and had my abcess drained and told the instacare Dr. all of my problems I had been having, and that I wasn't sure if it was a reaction to the antibiotic, or something else. Every day I have woken up sweating from the fever, I'm sleeping horribly, and the aches in my head and behind my eyes are at times unbearable. I will take my last dose tomorrow morning, and hopefully all of the symptoms will start to disappear. I am generally a healthy person, and rarely even get a cold, but this drug has really done a number on me, I haven't not felt these types of symptoms all at once before.

after 6 months of using Advair Diskus, it felt like a piece of cheese cloth was at the upper part of my lungs. My breathing was very difficult, My Dr. didn't think it was Advair. After one year I also developed dry eye, muscle spasms in legs, cramps in my feet. I didn't know about side effect of dry eye. I have not used Advair for over a year now, but except for the feeling of cheese cloth over top of lungs, all other systems are worse. Dry eye is causing me not to be able to read but for a few minutes, driving at night is impossible if its raining. My computer letter setting is set at a very high font so I can read easier.

my mother was raised a month ago to 50 mcg, and since then she has eye muscle spasms around her eye,
she has rupchured discs in her back, which doesn't help with the pain, she also has restless legs, i see how she sleeps, and her legs can never stay still, she sleeps a ton, and has static hair, and also hair loss. if you have any of these symptoms please let me know

My 15 year old son was put on prednisone for orbital pseudo tumor about 5 weeks ago.He hasn't had many side effects except vomiting and the pattern seems to be every other day he has tapered down from 40 mg. to 20 mg. I thought maybe the pseudo tumor might be causing vertigo , i don't know if vertigo is sporadic like this? The vomiting didn't begin until right before his next day reduction on his prednisone. I don't know what to think of this drug at this point ,it did make his eye which was swollen completely shut, begin opening up about 5 hours after his initial dose of 40mg.But i don't know why he is vomiting off and on and it didn't completely stop his eye from hurting. Now the doctors want to biopsy his eye muscle since he is not responding well to prednisone reduction.God be with you all who are struggling with this medicine.

When increasing Topamax to 200 mg daily I noticed my husband has a constant, rhythmic lip twitch which he is not aware of. Also has an intermittent eye muscle twitch which he can notice when it affects the eye movement, but not when it pulses up toward his temple. He is also complaining of having a fog or mucous over his eyes during part of the day. His migraines became more frequent and more painful with this dose. He is taking this for occular migraines, so when the increase to 200mg started causing trouble, he decreased to 100 mg daily. I noticed that the lip and eye twitching became much worse with the decrease in doseage, I read somewhere that this could happen with a decrease in doseage, but not with an increase.

I am almost finished taking a 3 week course of Prednisone- thank goodness! I am in my early 30's. I have had quite a few side effects that I didn't even originally know were from this drug - but now am convinced. I have had a dry mouth and a bad taste in my mouth (for about a week), had an increase in urine output, increased urination, night sweating (at back of head and base of neck especially), inability to sleep through the night, frequent urination at night (previously I never woke up at night to use the bathroom), off and on blurred vision (only in one eye), & muscle weakness of the bladder (mild incontinence) only at night. The things that bother me the most and cause me concern are the urinary issues (waking up at night to use the bathroom is disturbing my already hard to get sleep).
