Can someone explain if everyone is talking about being ON the pill or the side effects of getting off of it?

I've been on for 3 years and I'm just starting to realize that it's probably these stupid pills that are my problem!! I've always had anxiety but over the last few years, it's spiraled out of control. I've had crazy mood swings. I'm constantly nauseous. My chest has grown a cup size.

I want off of these pills. Except from some of your stories, it sounds scarier to get off it than stay on. I'm flippin out about this.

Are there are BCPs that are milder than this?!! Someone reassure me!
