Food taste symptoms and conditions

Started Lisinopril eight weeks ago and took it for three weeks. I suffered the consistent cough. However the worst was the altered taste. It is worse than just metallic, it is bitter and food taste can change mid-meal. The problem started after the first week taking the medication and has not gone away even though I am five weeks since the last dose. I am concerned as to how long it takes this side effect to go away.

I started to take Levaquin on the 7th of January for pneumonia. This is the 10th of January and I woke up in the middle with the three fingers on my right in pain and really stiff. The back of my legs is stiff to walk and I have felt dizzy. I have never taken any medication for over 30 years and just thought the side affects of dizziness were normal. Then I read the booklet that the drug store had given me and realized that this is not a good drug so went on the internet and found out about the lawsuit. I have had headache the past two days, a taste in my mouth that makes all food taste terrible, soreness around my shoulders and legs and when I get up in the morning my hips are just aching. No more of that drug. It should be taken off the the shelves. I hope that I am going to be okay and that I don't suffer any other side affects from taking a drug that shouldn't be prescribed in the first place.I live in Arizona for the winter and this drug was given to me by a doctor here in Arizona. I started taking 100 mg. per day of Topamax a month ago and have ok results, I still have a dull headache everyday but it doesn't turn to a migraine but I have no desire for food and carbonated drinks taste flat and it has changed my mood also. I would like to stop taking it.

I just started using this prenatal vitamin and I was wondering if there are anyside effects I have had this awful taste and feeling in my mouth and food taste terrible has anyone else experienced this ??

I have a metal burning taste in my mouth after taking 500 mg of Metformin each day. I have breakfast and take the meds about 2 hours after. This taste/burning sensation comes and goes all day long. It stops during the night (or I don't notice it) and in the morning when taking dosage it starts all over again. Food taste terrible, I'm eating very little but not losing weight either. What gives???

I know this is a very mild side effect, but I just started taking this med yesterday. About 45 minutes after the first dose, I started noticing a strange smell. As the night went on, the smell intensified. It kind of reminded me of Solarcaine Burn Cream. When I woke up the next morning I also noticed a strange taste in the back of my mouth along with the smell. I've taken 3 doses now, and other than the strange smell/taste, the only other thing I've noticed was that I've been more thirsty than usual.

I RECENTLY STARTED TAKING SINGULAIR AND I AM USING AN ADVAIR INHALER. I AM HAVING A STRANGE METALLIC TASTE IN MY MOUTH ALL THE TIME, AND FOOD TASTE METALLIC. HAS ANYONE OUT THERE HAD THIS SIDE EFFECT?

I have been taking 30 mg. of oxy., 3X daily for over 2.5 yrs. I hate this stuff but I don't believe I could live through the back pain without it. I have severe constipation problems, weak/tired all the time, and my stomach is a mess. I can't eat anything like I use to, nor does the food taste as good. I would like to get off this stuff but the withdrawals are so bad that I sweet, my nerves are shot, and I really get angry at the slightes things. What can a person do? Your comments are appreciated.

itchy hives on arms and legs very bad taste no food taste right to me can't stand to eat the things i use to love. I cry alot and sometimes started laughing all at once felt very bad like i was losing my mind. I couldn't remember. But the worst is this taste in my mouth and hieightened smell things smell bad to me.
