OMG! Just reading these posts are giving me chills. I have had mine in since end of April 08. I had my son in March 08. I was prescribed Zoloft soon after having my son for post partum depression. It didn't help much and the doctor said it should go away by 6 months. It didn't. The symptoms have gotten worse and include thoughts of suicide often. I am EXTREMELY moody. I feel like I am psycho! I yell at my kids and hubby. I cut myself off from friends and family. For a while I was cautious everyday but not so much anymore. I have severe cramping, irregular periods, migraines, and I get that funny feeling like its something in my belly too. Worst of all is the weight gain. I have 3 children and I am naturally thin. After my 1st two I went back down in around 6 months. My son is almost 16 months and I am the same since after his birth! I am 5'7'' 160 lbs...normally 131. I look 4 months pregnant. I workout 5xs a week and have a strict diet..nothings working. Not to mention the dramatic loss of interest in sex. Me and my hubby were very frisky and now I just don't want to be bothered. When we do have sex there is pain and sometimes bleeding. After reading this post I have now realized these things have to be because of the Mirena, too many people have the same symptoms. I am suffering from low self esteem because of the weight gain and other issues and have become very paranoid. It may sound dramatic but I am suffering, my husband and children are suffering and I am making an appointment tomorrow to get it removed....

Today is a new beginning for me after finding this site about the harmful side effects of Lisinopril and all this time I thought I was going crazy. I was put on this drug in 2006 for elevated B/P of 130/90. I had just recently completed 20 years in the Marine Corps and was in the process of starting a new career so of course I was going through a very stressful time in my life which may have been the cause of the recent spike in b/p. I went to see the doc for a checkup and she put me on 10 mg of lisinopril. I first noticed the dizziness soon after taking this drug. I was working out with some Sailors since I got a job working for the Navy and we had a bet on who would finish first in a three mile run. I thought this would be easy for me since I used to run everyday as a Marine with run times of under six minutes a mile but this time it was different. I was the first one to the half way point but then my body began to shut down to the point I could barely run. Everyone passed me by and when I crossed the finish line I had to sit down cause I thought I was going to pass. Let me remind you that this was only a three mile run, I was used to running thirty to forty miles a week. It is 2009 now and I very rarely workout due to the pain I experience afterwards. I have the constant feeling of gagging and I thought it was allergies but I refused to start medication for that. I remember the times that I used to stand up at work and shake my arms out because of the numbness in my arms and hands. I always have the funny feeling with the left side of my chest not sure if my heart is just going to give out on me. My wife always notices how I'm always massaging my chest muscle. I tell her it must be arthritis to quell her suspicious. I too had to remove my wedding ring due to the smelliness in my hands something I never had to do even while serving my country overseas. Thank you all for your posts, you have turned the light on for me to all the aliments I have been feeling these past few years. I have been off lisinopril for three weeks now and I am already feeling like my life is coming back. Hopefully, I'll be able to run that marathon that I always dreamed about. Again, Thank you all!

UPDATE: This is my third day being off the prednisone, I still have the puffy face and neck and whenever I try to do anything I experience the heaviness and chest discomfort and just a funny feeling in my head. I have to stop and rest and let my heart slow down. This is the weekend so I am going to try and wait this out for a week and if no better then back to the Dr.
How are all of you?

Hey everyone
I am a migraine patient myself
I'm 21 years young and been having migraines since my 12 years.

i've started taking topamax 3 weeks ago..
first two weeks 25 / morning
25 / evening

so ok my headaches got worse

now i'm taking 50mg / morning
50mg / evening

so that's 100 mg a day

side effects: funny feeling in my sool on my feet
slow reaction, real bad headaches,
i have an implanon and haven't had my period for 2 months now i've suddenly had my period for 2 days..ok it wasn't much but it was there, never have acne now i have 3 zips on my face, always black spots in my view, coughing for 3 weeks, lose weight more easley (i'm always on a diet) , this weekend someone asked me if i lost an huge amount of weight (which isn't maybe 2 or 3 kg ) my appetite is also less, i can eat if i want to though.. i can choose it's up to me :-) hmm let's see what else is there.. i'm a telephone operator so the word loss isn't a good thing for me either i'm gonna see how far that goes..

within a week i'm seeing my doctor again
if my migraines aren't better on this dose my doctor is going to sent me to a specialist..

And I Actually feel pregnancy symptoms like when I was pregnant the sensitive sense to smell, mood swings, and a funny feeling inside of me which feels like sparatic movement. I took a pregnancy test and it came out not pregnant but I don't know how to explain to myself whats the moving. And I also got the discharge a liquidy like very thin non-smelling discharge. Does Any One think it can be an ectopic pregnancy or could have my pregnancy test (clear blue digital) have giving me a false positive.nPlease help you can send me your personal thoughts at ****** Hope to hear from someone soon.

I'm taking 400 mg of Provigil, 200 in the morn and 200 in the afternoon. What are the side effects? I take five diff. drugs and am trying to figure out what med. is causing what in my body. Also is this drug safe to take for a long time? I am taking it for Bipolar 1 disorder because my other drugs make me groggy. I get facial paresthesia (pins and needles, skin energy feeling) as the day wears on. does anyone experience this from Provigil? I think it might be from Geodon, but i want to be clear. Thanks.

This is only the 3rd day I'm taking Singulair. Tonight when I got home I quickly did a search for Singulair side effects. Here is what I had been feeling.

1) Extreme deep neuromuscular pain in my neck and shoulders and extreme pulling muscle tension along the length of my spine.

2) Thoughts of paranoia.

3) Extreme irritability

4) Heart palpitations

5) General feeling of malaise

6) Feeling that there is some toxic substance in my body ...

It is the Singulair!

7) Very very bad case of indigestion and upset stomach

Been on Lisinopril for over a year; does anyone know if 40mg per
day is considered a high dose? Seems to have helped the BP; I have'nt had the cough, but occasionaly get funny feeling on left side of chest and L. arm. Not exactly pain, but more a dull ache that passes after a minute or so. Sometimes feel fatigued afterwards. Has anyone else had something like this?

I have been taking Yasmin for about 4 years now, but did not really notice symptons until the last year or so. During that time, I took a more stressful job, my eating habits suffered a great deal, and my exercise become non-exisitent, so I did not realize it could be the pill and thought it was my new job and stress. My symptons are heart palpitations, "funny" feeling in my calves, fatigue, anxiety, and some minor mood swings. I finally called my gyno, and she suggested I have a thyroid problem. Maybe that is the case, but I can't imagine that this pill is helping anything. Does anyone have experience like this?

My 10 year old daughter is on Singulair seasonally for a bad oak pollen allergy. After we put her on it this year she started crying and saying she was afraid of throwing up, and that she had a funny feeling in her throat. She would pull me aside to say that she was afraid to eat because she might throw up. Yesterday she had two complete meltdowns, where she just sat in her bed crying and screaming for over 1/2 hour each time, each over a minor situation. She was totally out of control. I really believe the Singulair is making her anxious, but her allergies are horrible, any ideas?
