Heres my Levaquin horror story:

In hospital for bowel obstruct. Took LevaQ. at home. 1/2 way through I noticed I wasn't feeling any better but worse while recovering. Starting sleeping for 3 hr intervals, while up I would feel as if I wanted to jump out of my skin. Calf pain. Dizziness. Intermittent instenseTingling around mouth and face. Called my MD.
I was put back in hospital due to a platelet count of 'one million'. My MD who is wonderful, consulted with others, even an oncologist. I refused a bone marrow aspiration, so they came up with a game plan -- possible reaction to the Levaquin???? So... 'flush out the Levaquin'. With each day of continuous mass flushing of IV fluids....my platelets decreased daily.
3 years later...I getting intermittent tingling, flu like symptoms, dizziness, heart palpitations, extreme fatigue-------------still looking for answers to my illness. Just had more blood work - lymphocytic profile was drawn, waiting on results. Definitely am anemic, chronic slight rise in liver enzymes with last sed rate and wbc count in norm range.

I'm back on Wellbutrin AGAIN for the, I don't know... 4th time. lol I feel less depressed, but noticed I crave sweets like crazy. NOT GOOD. Especially for me. I gained 40 lbs on meds for migraines over 2 yrs. I've lost 21 this yr thanks to lamictal (had to go off..got itchy) and Topamax (making hair fall out and giving me severe acne, and just learned it's why I snap at the kids all the time). so craving sweets is NOT a good side effect, but the doc just looks at me like I'm an ass when I mention it. It's an important side effect darn it. Why don't they want to take us seriously? It's our body, our life! I'm tired of being overweight!!!! So I'm taking charge, I'm telling HER what the game plan is. Unfortunately I have 2 doctors.....one for migraines and one for depression. ARGH! Getting them both to listen isn't going to be easy. I want off Wellbutrin, Topamax and Abilify. I'm starting Lamictal again.....very slowly....maybe no itchiness this time. Wish me luck.

I had moles removed from my face, one scar was raised, so the plastic surgeon gave me a shot of kenalog in my face. I have a crater on my face under my eye from collagen atrophy that was the result of the side effects of kenalog. After consulting with two other plastic surgeons, I was told that collagen atrophy was indeed a side effect of kenalog injections. Treatment includes injections of Restylane( a facial filler) or injections of fat removed from other areas of the body. I am trying the body fat injections. If this does not work, a lawsuit is in the game plan for this freak show DR.
