Getting hot symptoms and conditions

I just started my first Lupron shot yesterday & my jaw will not stop jittering. I had been getting hot flashes for the last 3 period & had slight insomnia. Last night I finally fell asleep at 5am to then have to get up at 6:45 am to get my son off to school. Due to the jiteriness that I've been feeling I feel as tho I am on some sorta crazy drug that I really shouldn't be on! After reading some others side effects on this sight I'm really starting feel I made a wrong decision going on this Lupron shot.... My Dr. refused to give me a 2nd laparoscopy & I just couldn't handle the pain shooting down my legs from my abdominal area due to the endometriosis. I have always had BAD reactions to hormones... I should've known this wouldn't be good either. But my Dr. ensured me the side effects really were'nt that bad.... he's a damn lier!!!

OMIGOD!!! I totally thought I was going crazy too and I have only been on yasmin for 2 months! I have been unbelievably miserable, or have wanted to cry for no apparent reason. I have super bad cramps, and crazy migranes as well. I haven't been able to sleep, been getting hot flashes (and i am only 22), and been overall exhausted. I get dizzy really easily, and my sight keeps blurring. I have also suffered from nausea, heartburn, diarrea, and have been super depressed. I am going to the doctor tomorrow to get off this pill. It isnt worth ruining my 3 week old marriage over, that is for sure!

I am reading so many negative comments, but I really can't complain. I just did the 5th out of 6 shots to treat endometriosis and honestly, I truly believe it has worked. I don't have the pain that I used to have any more! I did start getting hot flashes and had trouble sleeping, but my doctor prescribed Norethindrone to take everyday and it has almost completely taken away the bad side effects. I think it just depends on the person-how their body will react.

just started 40 mg /day for neck spasms and headaches- and on my first day am getting hot flashes.. and of course, oh, so tired. Is this common side effect? This is a great site/

I was on Misoprolol and told to take birth control pills in order to regulate my menstrual cycle. I have also been on thsi pill in the past as a method of birth control and to shrink ovarian cysts. It did not work when it came to shrinking cysts. I was told I was part of the small percentage of women for whom that function did not work.

I am also on 5mg of abilify. I have never been more "hormonal" in my life. I am extremely irritable getting, hot flashes and emotional. This is not normal for me. I have informed my doctors and they have since told me to stop use of Yasmine. If I were not on the Abilify, I think my condition might be worse.

I finished all 6 injections in feb but for the most of it I was frezzing cold and didn't start getting hot flashes til my 5 month. I did gain alot of weigh. but no other real bad problems and I am diabetic and my doctor said I have a bad heart thats why he would do a hysterictomy on me. I had read where a pill called novethindron acetate was suppose to be given with the lupron to put back the low levels of harmones did any one get that or take it also. I read it after I got done with my injections.

my breasts grew two cupsizes and i haven't had my period for two months. i gained 30 pounds and im always dizzy. all i want to do is sleep... im also getting hot flashes and im only 14. my legs keep twitching.
