I LOVE my Mirena!!!!!! I don't know who you all are out there complaining, but this is the best thing I have ever imagined! No pills to remember, no periods to deal with, and I can't even tell it's there. I had the most minor cramps when it was placed, and felt totally normal the next day. I had minor spotting for the 1st 3 months, and then absolutely no bleeding, cramping, bloating or weight gain. My libido is completely unchanged, and I feel carefree and with a lot less to worry about than with any other birth control I've ever used. The only drawback to this thing has been mild acne, which got much better after the 1st 2 months, and is controllable with Proactive. I loved my Mirena so much I talked my 3 best friends into getting it too, and they love it just as much as I do, only they didn't even get the acne. Sorry you all got so unlucky... my experience is completely opposite of yours...

I have been taking this drug for almost 4 days, 2x a day at 100mg, i have UTI too, i have been feeling weak, terrible headache, nausea, backache and my eyes would be sore. i just don't think this drug is useful at all. And im 3 months pregnant, my morning sickness went off a week ago but when i started using it nausea is terrible plus backache. i agree this drug needs to be out of the market.

Hi I am 45 an been taking 5mg Lisinopril daily for the last 5 years, I am also a very active racing cyclist. Over the last 12 months I have seen my performances drop by 50% and I am so tired all the time, I also feel short of breath, been to docs he ran all the normal tests, nothing showed up, also,I now get terrible headache above my right eye whenever try any exercise. Watch out for grapefruit, it must react with the meds, my throat swelled up almost closed, horrible experience, I now ger blurred vision and muscle weakness. Not on, I have taken myself off the meds to see if things get back to normal, I will be able to monitor the situation based on my cycling performance results and will report back.

within two days of taking metronidazole for a gum infection i had horrible pins and needles the worst crushing headace ive ever had anxiaty panic attacks and couldt sleep for a week this medicine is the nastiest side effects ive ever had .i just got back from hospital where ive been for two days as my symptoms were so bad docs thought the infection in my gum had traveled to my brain, but after a ct scan, lumber puntcture, blood tests all came back clear they decided it was the tablets. it will take me a long time to get over this , i would advise anyone with a history of panic attacks, depression or headaches not to take metronidazole.

My 8 yr old son has been on singulair for a year. He has complained with headaches and has missed several days of school this year with bar headaches. He recently started complain with pain in his right shoulder. My brother, who would be 33 today , died of lung cancer 2 years ago, so we are very cautious and nervous of any pain that cant be linked to an injury. Our family. Dr. scheduled us a MRI, but everything came back clear. We took him off the singulair about 3 weeks ago, because we suspected it was causing the headaches. Little did we know that it caused these other symptoms! He has not had a headache or any shoulder pain for about a week. I pray that there is no permanent side effects!

I just got a Kenalog shot for a protruding disk in my L4 and L5
region. I told the doctor before I got the shot that I had recently taken cortisone pills and they had HORRIBLE side effects on me. He said the shot would be nothing like that and I would not have these side effects. Well, I do! For one I have raging insomnia and I can't even sleep if I take two Ambien! I have a horrible headace. I told the doctor about the headache because it started right after I got the shot and he said the headache has nothing to do with the shot! On top of that NONE of my pain is gone! Reading all of your comments on this board, I just want to know what is going on with all of these doctors! They just sit there and lie right to our face! I'm so mad I can't even type anymore! ARRRRGGGHHH!!!

I received my 3rd injection yesterday for lower back pain.. The fist 2 injections were fine nothing really to complain about, however yesterday I was relaxed it was my 3rd time. I felt a very strange sensation going up and then down to my leg on the left side. When I got up off the table slowly I was very unstable and dizzey. I could not walk without feeling I was going to fall. I walked slowly with the aide of a nurse then I got a horrifc pain in my head over my left eye. I was nauseas. They gave me 2 tynenol which was a joke for a pain like this then 2 advills then oxygen for the pain my husband tells me it took about 45 mins to start felling a little better I was very weak. Today I feel better just left with a normal headace. I dont think I would have gone again if this
was my first time. Can someone answer me and tell me if this was something that could happen to anyone. The Dr. and nurse poo pooed it saying if it was a headace due to the kenalog it would go away when I layed down> I could not lay down the pain was so bad. Thank you all for reading this

I was prescribed 25mg Toprol and took one pill two successive days. Immediately got a headace enough to "blow off the top of head." Shortness of breath, left side chest pain, spike in BP, and panic attacks. Twice took a painkiller which did nothing the stop the headache. Now, on the third day after last Toprol the side effects have subsided only slightly. I will be calling the dr today and better not be told it is my just my imagination!!!

I would not try to start a day without taking my Pletal. I have a vascular problem that causes my right foot (two toes--big and the one next to the little toe) to feel as if they are frost bitten. The pain is so severe, it is unbearable.

I had surgury and the blood clot was removed from my stomach. The blood clotcaused the blood not to flow freely to my right foot.

Since the surgery, at times my toes get tender, but nothing like they did before taking Pletal. I take 100 mg in the morning, and 200 mg in the afternoon.

I do have a headace and dizziness sometimes, but I can bear it. After all it is better than all the pain I had in the past.
