Headachs symptoms and conditions

hello everyone,
I am 24 years old and i have been on this pill for almost a month, and let me tell you that i have had good times and bad. I have had really bad headachs and my moods do change, and weight gain. The one thing i did not want, because i just had a baby and it is hard enough to loose the weight. But the side effects come and they go it has not been that bad that i am ready to give up i will stick it out the three months like my gyno has told me too. Though i am a little freaked out right now because i started the sugar pill and no sign of my period yet, so we will see about that. Wish me luck please.

I am really worried! I have taken Yasmin for a year until my doctor switch me to Yaz and Ive been taking that for two years. So for 3 years I have been taken a pill that now has a lawsuit! I have been getting these side effects as well; the tiredness, the vomiting (when my brother and I used to live together, we would eat the same things and sometimes I wont throw it up later, yet he would be fine) I cry a lot! i mean alot! I had people tell me that I may be Bipolar and so I didn't think that these side effects had anything to do with the birth control I have been using for over 3 years. I also had my gallbladder taken out last year and the doctors told me they didn't know why at my age, my gallbladder decided to fail on me. I also have been getting really weird headache on the right bottom back of my head (light a hard tight headache) and now that someone has pointed out nightmares, I have also noticed that since ive been taking yaz i have also been having these weird bizarre dreams every other night or so. again didn't know that this was due to the pill, i thought it was my lack of rest. I also have been experiencing this weird flashing dot in my right eye that has been going on for a year and a half now. Im really worried that these side effects are due to this pill. I don't have a sex drive neither, as a matter of fact, i haven't had sex in two years! I also have that funny 'fluid' feeling in my ears and its been extremely hard to concentrate these past years. Im really worried, I am going to stop taking yaz after this pack is over.

im 17 years old and my mom thought it was a good idea to get this shot. and i went along with it. i didn't think anything of it. after my first shot i've had a headache everyday. not a single medication works. the dr. prescribed me something to take before bed. it does not work at all. i recently just got my second and i feel worse. with the on going headaches and swollen throat. and feeling weak and tired and irritable,and depressed. im scared but i may be im being a baby.
what to do is the question without my parents constantly telling me im physincing myself out.

i was recently in the hospital they gave me toradol and now two days later my arms and legs are in very bad pain i have on and off headaches and i am so tired but cannot sleep. i took some ibuprofen and that did not help i have lost my appetite and i have yellow color to my skin now i have tried on the internet to get help right now and have found no relief i do not have the money to go back to the hospital so if any one has any help my name is Nicole my e mail address is ****** please help if you have any information.

HI I AM 37 YEARS OLD AND 1 WEEK AGO I WENT TO THE DR FOR HEADACHES EVERY DAY, AND MY DR TOLD ME IT HAD TO BE DUE TO STRESS, BECAUSE MY BLOOD TEST AND PAP SMERE CAME BACK NORMAL AND I WAS PERFECTLY HEALTHY. SHE PRESCRIBED CELEXA AND SAID THIS SHOULD HELP. ALL OF A SUDDEN I HAVE NO SEX DRIVE, HEADACHES, NAUSEA, DIZZY, LOSS OF APPETITE, SHORT OF BREATH, MOUTH IS DRY, VERY EMOTIONAL, MY WHOLE BODY ACHES. IM GOING TO THE DR. AND HAVING HER TAKE ME OFF I WOULD RATHER JUST HAVE THE HEADACHES. DOES ANY ONE ELS HAVE THESE SYMPTOMS?????

I have only been taking 20 mg Lisinopril for about 5 days now. I actually started to notice I was feeling better, my headaches were gone and I could breath better, but about 3 days ago I started to get horrible heartburn, flu symptoms and I haven't been able to get more then an hour or so of sleep before I wake up to shaking and my heart racing.This is the scariest thing,I work overnights and I have serious sleep issues already so I feel like crap.
being that i have only taken this med for 5-6 days does anyone know how long it will take to get out of my system? I was thinking about starting to take them again just to see if it was something else, but after reading these posts I'm not touching that EVER again.

I have been taking Yasmin for 2 1/2 years now until here recently I thought the problems were just from havening my son and my mother passing away. I have had leg pains, bad headaches tell the caused me to get sick, cramps, depression, very bad mood swings that caused the break up of my family, I had recently in the past few months been have extremely heavy bleeding for 2 months at a time and big blood clots. I have stop taking Yasmin and I am happier, I am not tired all the time, and I am still trying to fix my cycle. Yasmin has caused the last few years of my life to be a mess.

this medicin is killing me, ive had to apply for ssid dissability because of side affects of maxzide hctz i have comlain from start of this medicin ,problem is i guess that all blood tests come back normal for electrolites except once my magnesium was low but dr said it was no big deal and for me to just add a banana to my daily diet well that dident work and i only take a half tab of hctz everyday .i have no quality of life at all anymore because of cronic headachs and my whole body hurts ,all joints ,wrists feel broken knees too, muscles hurt and are weakening more everyday my muscles have what i describe as seazure type spasums , and now i cant hardly walk to my car cause my legs tire so fast, arms have same problem . and also i developed a cronic sinuse problem i can breath through nose but im allways feels stuffed up and overly dry .another problem for me is that i cant take ANY other bp meds do to alergic reactions and even worse side affects. i dont have insurance anymore .

Ive been on the NR for three months now an its the worst BC I have ever used. I have gained alot of wieght my disscharge has increased dramaticly im an emotional roller coaster and because of that im bout to loose the love of my life.. I have headachs about every day. Ihavent had a period yet. And just recently I have noticed a strange not near my pelvic area. i would not recimend this to any one. It does more bad then good, thats my opinion anyway. I have been using BC pills for 10 years and in May of 06 after having my son, I started with the Ring. Upon first use I noticed cramping/abdominal pain but brushed it off and continued. Then about 2 or 3 months into it I got a nasty,bumpy rash around the perineum area. It went away after about a week. Then a few months after that around my period time I started getting flu like symptoms:sore throat, achy body, headachs. This has been happening for the last 3 months, each time was when I was getting my period. So not only did I have mood swings and everything else that comes with your period but I also felt like I was sick with flu/cold. I felt like I was going crazy because it was happening EVERY MONTH!!! Then when my period finishes I am left with vaginal irritation. My mother and sister made a suggestion that it could be the Ring. Needless to say after reading all of these postings, I believe it is the Ring. I recently stopped using it and will see how I feel. I will also have my thyroid checked because since using it, my thyroid level has gone WAY out of whack. Be Safe and Good Luck to all of you who have been effected by this product.

im 42 and had headachs for 1 year now and now that im on amitriptyline its taken my headaches away and im sleeping now as i could never sleep before so it works thank god

My boobs are hurting bad right now actually its 5 days b4 my peiord. Goog luck w/ your skin clearing up it never helped mine. Ive been on Yasmin for 3 years but then again my skin isn't to horrible luckly I can easily deal w/ it. I use Murad face wash with the pomagrant its a nice face wash and toner at a great price. I have headachs often, dizzy, and i'm a personal fitness trainer and alway have took excellent care of myself so if your not as healthy know thats not your reason. I dont drink much Caffinee and never any sugary drinks including juice. They tell you that will help but it sure hasn't I have bad bloating and i'm always fatigue i have to push myself. I was alright when I was on the Ortho Cyclens but then again I'm afraid i just forgot the side effects while on them.

now girls I am here to tell you I have been on the nuvaring since it came out in august 2002. I did get headachs for the first couple of months but overall it has been the best kind of birth control I have been on. I was not good with the pill I always forget and the patch kept falling off. so when my doctor gave me the ring I thought how great. I am still on it today 3 years later. I agree you are having side affects like uncontollable homrmones talk to your doctor. and if you cant handle the headachs talk with you doctor but atleast for me the headachs did subside after a couple of months on the ring you have to let your body get used to something before youtry something new. that all good luck.

I did not like the ring at all! I was on the patch (loved it) for a 1 1/2 years and did not have any problems until the end I started having headachs. So I started the ring, talk about acting crazy! I was crying all the time for no reason, had cramps so bad I had to stop what I was doing until it past, had cramps all the time, my periods lasted a week and half, and NO SEX DRIVE at all! I am now starting ovcon-35. I hope it does better for me. Good luck to anyone on the ring and I hope you don't have any of the problems I did.

am 23 years old.took my first 3 month shot 4-1-04.so i am only two months into it.Don't think i will get the next one.and hate dr's that lie.one thing i have found diff then the rest of you all is instead of dryness i seem to be overly wet.and my breast seem to be bigger some days.I am getting the shot for adenomyosis.it has not helped the pain at all.at first i was not swelled up like i was before the shot.but then the dr added back.and now swollen again but my pee problem did not start back.i was peeing every 30 min.s before the shot. ican't sleep depressed throwing up and wanting sweets and salts all the time.mooded and want to be shut away from every one.when i do sleep it has been between 6am and 2 or 3 pm. i know it is driving my bf crazy because he likes to spend lots of time with me yet all i want to do is stay in bed.if i only get the first 3 month shot and not the next will it still help me get pregant?i will be getting married in the next few months and we want to start trying right away.Also dose anyone know how long before it is safe to get pregant afthe the shot?I have had headachs and back,shoulder neck pain and new pains in tummy.I hate this shot feel like i am losing it some days.i for one was doing better with out it. kim
