Heart skipping beats symptoms and conditions

Heart skipping beats, and fast heartbeat. All over flu like body ache, bloody sinuses, knee pain, eyesight not quite right. I didn't catch on at first, I thought I was close to a heart attack. First day off Januvia, none of these symptoms so far.

I'm 44 and have taken Vytorin for several months. Having a lot of the symptoms listed. Has anyone had a problem with the heart skipping beats? I took myself off the stuff yesterday and already I feel a lot better - not great yet but I'm hoping thats to come.

Very prone to thrush mouth-even after brushing and gargling, weakness in muscles, Doctors do not know the affects of taking Advair for longer than 6 months

I was on Advair for 3 months. I had the following DAILY symptoms: throat constrictions/swelling, loss of voice, difficulty breathing/panic attack-ish reaction, and most recently heart palpitations followed by my heart skipping beats. I am now off of Advair for 5 days now. The first few days were rough - I got every symptom in full force. I am now taking Flovent 110 mcg. I am supposed to take it 2/day, but have started with only 1/day to see if my body will react to this lower dosage. I look forward to becoming healthy again - like I was prior to taking Advair.

Oh, and I went to 2-3 dr appts every week to try and uncover why I was having these terrible symptoms. All gave up on me. Including the asthma doctor that prescribed the medicine. Surprising that the entire GROUP of doctors did not know the side effects of Advair well enough to recognize them in me.

I am 31, been taking this stuff for about 5 years now. I am always tired, sometimes dizzy spells hit me out of nowhere. I wake up at night with my heart racing and/or pounding. If I get up out of bed suddenly, I swear my heart is going to beat out of my chest. I have had bouts with PVC or my heart skipping beats and such. The least little thing I do I feel like I've ran a marathon, out of breath, heart racing and pounding. A few months after starting, I developed horrible acid reflux, so of course had to start taking Nexium. My hands sometimes slightly swell and get red and I also get the hot flashes like my bp suddenly spikes on me, but i'll take it and it'll be normal. Im going to the doctor and get off this medicine. I also always feel weird, or like i'm just not all here. I feel like an idoit its taken me this long to figure it all out. I feel like i've lost 5 years of my life to feeling horrible.

My wife began using Lantus approximately 2 weeks ago
(11/21/05). Very early on Thanksgiving Morning, she
awoke with her heart skipping beats. She had not experienced this before the Lantus injections. We wound up
at the ER at the local hospital on Thanksgiving morning in
Cranford, New Jersey. The Chief of the ER was on duty and
after hours of blood tests and being hooked up to an EKG,
he told my wife to immediately discontinue the Lantus
injections and return to Novilin 70/30. However today is
12/05/05 and her pulse is still erratic at times.
Has anyone experienced problems with their heart rate
while using this medication? Please let me know.
