I am dreaming symptoms and conditions

I've been on Wellbutrin XL 150 for a few months and I love it! The first few weeks were a bit hard because I felt constantly jumpy, nervous, and had a hard time sleeping. But there are side effects with almost everything for the first little while! Now that I've been on it for a while, I've noticed I'm losing weight, feeling energetic, and I feel hopeful about my life! Also I have a ridiculously increased sex drive. It may not be right for everyone, but for me it's been awesome so far.

I have been on zoloft 50mg for about 8 weeks now. The first and very bothersome side affect is the problem sleeping. After getting to sleep, it is very hard to stay asleep. My nights are full of vivid dreams. I have read this is a normal side affect. The BIGGEST problem I've begun to have is that while sleeping...I guess I am dreaming that my skin is itching because I have woken up many times to the pain of me scratching my skin until I have left deep burning scratches. Last night I had to get up and get a cold wash cloth to put on the skin on the back of my neck from the harsh scratching. This has NEVER happened to me before the zoloft. It has made a world of difference in my depression, and do not want to have to go off of it. Has anyone ever heard of this? Please post if you have....need to know this is a side affect...not just me...

dryness of mouth nightmare where I am dreaming of waking up taking an action and actually fell out of bed

I have dreams that i cannot wake up from. THey are not especially scary or violent, just scary in the fact that i cannot wake up from them and i know that i am dreaming. i will wake up at the right time in the morning, but feel like i had been dreaming for months. sometimes in the dream i am yelling at people to leave me alone so that i can wake up from the dream, and no one believes me that i am dreaming. i hate it, and plan on talking to my physician to see if this is normal.
