I have been taking adderall for over a year, but for about 10 months ago, I started taking wellbutrin also and since have had chronic problems with my ears, It's actually getting worse. Not so much ear infections, but the pressure is actually pushing inward. So i feel light headed just funky all day. Kind of like a head cold without the cold. I can't figure out which one is causing (i think wellbutrin) since that's when it began. But it could be the combination. Just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this. I am 35 female.
thanks pam

I take 30mg XR and I have been taking it a year, I am 22. My sister and mother both have different forms of ADD, mine is the inattentive type without hyperactivity. I found that by taking adderall I was able to finally retain the information discussed in my classes to be able to put them back down on paper for a test, among other things. I used to have to try SO hard to learn and I could not ever quite grasp learning anything. With the medicine my grades improved drastically and with the same effort as before, I was able to gain knowledge and feel normal for once. I love the fact that I am now able to learn my new job and retain the information. I HATE that I get headaches in the afternoon lately and that my boyfriend finds me to be moody and too serious on the medicine. When I take a weekend off of Adderall I become a vegetable and my muscles are very weak. I also have trouble driving or getting anything done if I am awake because I feel like I am in a daze. I hate all of this, I would love to find a different medication that would help with my attention, but not cause these side effects. Any ideas?

I would like to know who is NOT experiencing side effects from Singulair.

My 7 years old started Singulair three months ago because of allergy issues. She had asthma attack every other week, running nose all the time, she was so miserable, she missed many days of school and she couldn't exercise .Since she started to take SIngulair her allergy improved, no more asthma, no more running nose. SIngulair did not change her way to be. She is doing very good in school (she is above the average..) she does piano, ice skating, she is purple belt Tae Know Doe, speak two languages, she is doing great in everything. Of course she has her "bad moments" but which child does not?
I tried homeopathy, but it did not work, she got worst and worst. I was supposed to give SIngulair to my daughter a year ago, I did not because I was afraid of the side effects. But I wished I had started before because I could have avoid so much steroids since she had asthma most of the time. The doctor convinced me to use this medicine when she said " You think SIngulair has side effects, yes sometime it does, but do you know the danger of using steroids so frequently in a little body?" Then I thought I had to give a try. I am glad I did. Of course I keep watching my daughter behavior closely and reading all the possible side effects of this medication. I forgot to say that beside singulair my daughter is also taking Pulmicort, two puffs once a day.
