I have been on wellbutrin for four days. I can't think straight. My head feels like it is being compressed when I try to think. I can't remember most things. Someone asked me my mailing address and I had no clue. I've lived there for four years. I had to call someone and ask them my address. I couldn't focus. It was bad. By day three, I had started to get these itchy spots in weird places. Well, yesterday I quit taking it because I couldn't handle the weird feelings. Plus, it was making me suicidal. Today I wake up and my entire torso is broken out in a rash. I completely believe wellbutrin is to blame. If it wasn't the weekend, I would totally be calling my doctor. Guess I'll do that first thing tomorrow...

I was on Levaqin for a week (500 mg) for bronchitis. It seemed to work and I didn't notice any side effects and I am usually sensitive to antibiiotics (dizziness, etc..). However, the day after I finished my last dose I developed an itchy rash on my outer thighs, my back, my underarms and a few other random places. I also now have a yeast infection which I guess is a common side effect. The rash is what concerns me. At first I thought it wouldn't be related because it came on after I finished the antiobitcs but after reading some of these posts I see that you can get rash after taking the medication. Has anyone else had a rash AFTER taking Levaquin?

I was started on Methimazole for Graves, 10 Mg daily. Three weeks after I started taking it, I broke out in hives all over my body - not little itchy spots, huge welts that had red edges and yellow centers. My endocrinologist said it was likely an allergic reaction and I should stop taking it.
I did stop, but four weeks later, I am still not well. I have mild itches and am weak, I have trouble sleeping and concentrating. I cannot walk for more than a few minutes without sitting down. The interesting part is that proprinal has a 50% chance of the same reaction.
We are back to monitoring labs and going nothing. I have never been so sick in my life, and I am now going to try non-traditional medicine to see if I can address the thyroid issues that way.

I have been taking Topomax for quite some time.Tried it several years ago, the mgs were not high enough (only 25mg/day).My doctor didn't really know the prpoer dosage. It didn't help the migraines. My new doctor has me on it again.50 mgs/day.Here's the good - NO MIGRAINES! Here's the bad: Acne at 45 years old, tingling doesn't even describe my legs or face, ringing in the ears, remembering names and places just doesn't happen, I'm eating less but gaining weight quickly,& one last thing- Itchy spots that I would describe as "hot spots" if I were speaking of my dog. Still sticking with it because I don't have the migraines.I tried to slowly take myself off and the headaches came back. What choice is there?

I took Avelox, on the second day i woke up with red itchy spots all over my legs,,, they started to spread and became so swollen,,, for the 4 days i walked with my legs being in so much pain and burning sensation around those spots,, then spots turned more like stones,, they harden so bad ,, i couldn't even sleep,, by accident i forgot to take my 4th dose and on the next day i noticed that swelling came down a little ,,, i still went to doctor and she said to me ooooo i am so sorry,, this is so rare but it is a side affect to Avelox, and obviously i stopped the medication,, I have checked with Nutritionist and Natural Care doctors,, and i was told that the best way to flash this antibiotic out of your system would be drinking a lot of water and also get Natural Aloe juice,, in Organic Health stores, and drink 8 oz,, 4 times a day...!!!!! Try it,,, it works
