Levoxly symptoms and conditions

I have been taking Levoxyl for six months since a thyroidectomy in December 2008. Started on 137mcg, reduced to 125mcg, reduced to 100mcg, and now on 88mcg. I take it every morning on an empty stomach with plenty of water. I feel great and have not gained weight. I continue to eat healthy but probably don't exercise as much as I should. I consider myself a very lucky 54 year old woman.

WOW ok this freaked me out. I was just prescribed 50mcg of Levoxyl after reading this I am going to call my doctor back and ask more questions.I haven't started taking it yet. Like what my numbers are and do I really need this. I feel fine, I have energy and think clearly, as well as am active. Just had my 44th birthday. I had a physical and then the next thing I know they are calling me saying take this and see us again in 4 to 6 weeks. Thanks for all the information.
