Nad symptoms and conditions

I HAD MY MIRENA PUT IN JULY 28TH NAD I HAVE HAD NON-STOP CRAMPING AND HORRIBLE NON-STOP SMELLY SPOTTING!!! PLEASE HELP..... I FEEL LIKE I HAVE SOME TYPE OF STD......I ALSO BROKE OUT INTO A FACIAL HEAT RASH THAT LASTED ABOUT 6 DAYS. I CALLED MY GYN AND HE SAID IT WAS NOT DUE TO THE MIRENA, WHICH I FIND VERY HARD TO BELIVE SINCE ITS THE ONLY THING THAT HAS RECENTLY CHANGED.

Where to start! I started Yasmin in Sept. of 2005. So I've been on it 2 and a half years. Things were fine for a while. It did what it was supposed to do, including no weight gain. That's how its been marketed here, so that's why i got it. Nothing has happened all of a sudden. Its all creeped up on me very slowly. Headaches, pressure in my sinuses, tiredness...all pretty simple. But here's the thing. I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression and put on Prozac. The Prozac didnt help. I came off it. Now here's the more troubling symptoms I've experienced. Heart Palpitations, squeezing in my chest making it hard to breathe, increased fear and anxiety (which cause heart attack-like symptoms which can more commonly be described as a panic attack). I've had my finger on the 911 buttons several times in the last 8 months. Now I'm discovering the joy of incontinence. Do you have any idea what its like to be in the store buying groceries and then all of a sudden there's a puddle of number 2 around your shoe? I do. I'm 23. Abdominal pain, stomach distension, constipation followed by diarrhea. Hair loss. Cold feet. LOSS OF SEXUAL DRIVE! My God!

I've said all this to my doctor. He ran blood for everything, there's nothing wrong with me medically. X-rays, mri's, cat scans, ekg's. Nothing nothing nothing. I changed doctors and told the new doctor my story. He figures that because i was put on Prozac for depression, that I must have developed Hypochondria (aka extreme paranoia and a belief that I'm terminally ill). Not true, I know its not terminal, i just need to be put on a new pill. My husband and I have regular sex, he's allergic to latex, and even those non-latex condoms. We're not ready for babies yet, so I dont know what to do. But if this helps someone else, then taking the time to write this was worth it. And as a side note, if you're on the pill and have the choice, and your doc wants to put you on prozac...Don't do it. Try switching your pill first.

I've had symptoms for about two months now without knowing they were coming from taking doxy. First, I couldn't sleep at night b/c my feet felt like they were on fire! and my hands had the same tingly feeling esp. after a change in temperature. Then my toes became red and swolen around the nail. After about a month, the feelings never really went away but always got worse when I was in the sun. A rash began to develop on the tops of my toes. Each bump looked like a tiny water blister. After more sunlight, the rash spread to my hands and arms. More fire. I also got the terrible feeling in my thumbs and index fingers that felt like I banged them with a hammer. Now that the rash is going away (still bad on my toes), my fingernails are terribly brittle, discolored, and are coming off the nail bed on a few fingers. I've also gotten a fever blister and terrible sunburn on my nose, ugh. I was presecribed this medicine for acne, but that seems as though it hasn't even been treated. I've also noticed blurred vision and back pain, but I think that is just b/c I hate my job. LOL.

I have had itching, mild burning and when I had sex it felt like sand paper was rubbing me. I smelled funny nad on top of all that I have no sex drive. I like the idea of the NR but its getting on my nerves. I kept thinkning was I getting an infection or that I might have had an std but the dr says I am fine.
Anybody else having these problems???

in regards to quest 02222,,, i too suffr from teh effects of this drug have been off since Jan-07 nad have bee taking some
different supplements to rid my self of this plague and the effects are slowly goign away but my question is do you ever eat anything else?it seems like what you are taking would be a all day task,and no offense but do yousell country life products???? rod..

I am 41 and have been taken this medication for two months.
I have a constent ringing in my ears. It's about to drive me nuts!

Hi I have Lupus for the past 12 years nad I am treated for the past year with Prednisone. At times they go up to 40mg and than taper it down. Currently I am taking 7.5mg daily and I experience dizziness and chest pain and night sweats. For the depression I take Trazadone, which helps me to sleep at night. mY HUSBAND EYES DOCTOR PUT ONTHISMEDICINE hE IS LOSING VISION IN HIS EYE. hIS DOCTOR DID LASER SURGERY NAD TBECAME INFLAME, SO ONE DOCTOR GAVE HIME THIS MEDICINE, THEN HIS REGULAR DOCTOR TOLD HIM TO STOP USING IT BECAUSE IT CAN EFFECT HIS GLOUCOMA AND CAN GO BLIND QUICKLY.

i am researching my whole birth and my deafness nad i know the yutopar was used as a drip as an experimental drug to reduce labor in 1982. i was just wondering if my deafness or what exactly yutopar does
