Nothing helps symptoms and conditions

My main problem with Lisinopril is the coughing. Coughing, coughing. coughing. I will be fine for 2 to 3 hours and then start with this awful cough. People will actually turn away from me if I am out shopping and a cough begins. I presume they believe it is contagious. Sometimes I end up vomiting and I cannot catch my breath. Coughing at night is really a problem because of lack of sleep. Doctors believe my cough is due to allergies because I have post nasal drip. However, none of the medications they have given me stop the coughing. I never had this problem until I began taking Lisinopril. Lisinopril is my first Blood Pressure medication.

I am on day 8 of taking Levaquin. I had to leave work early today because I was severely sick to my stomach and could barely function. My arms feel so heavy and my chest hurts. My blood pressure was 140/100 and my pulse was 94. I am 33 years old and this should not be happening to me. I also take Wellbutrin, Lamictal, and Adderall! My PCP knows this and never warned me of any thing. Yes, I read the Walgreens printouts and nothing much there. I called my behavioral health doc and after 6 1/2 hrs of waiting (guess my health is not too important to her) her nurse calls back and tells to wait it out and if it continues after I am done with the antibotics call her! What for? She not once asked what it was or how much I am taking. She was useless. I am stopping the Levaquin now. I feel so horrible. I have already cried and laid down in the fetal position, but nothing helps! If we can't trust our doctors, who can we trust?

I have started my second month on the NR and I have been sick. This ring has been fairly good in the run after the fact that I get sick everytime I put one in. It stops after a few days, but nothing helps until then. If you want birth control; look at the options before you decide, that is for sure.

Yes I think the progesterone is good its natural but what you said makes sense me tooIam afraid but than iam desperate. Dejay told me not to take the progesterone until I get my bloodwork back on my progesterone levels. I dont know what to do nothing helps

I'VE HAD CONSTANT PAIN IN MY LEFT SHOULDER FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS. NOTHING HELPS TO EASE. ALEVE SEEMS TO HELP MORE. MY DOCTOR TAKES UP FOR LIPITOR. SHE DONT WANT TO ENTERTAIN THE POSSIBILTY LIPITOR MAY BE THE CAUSE. I QUIT TAKING LIPITOR OVER A WEEK AGO AND HAVEN'T SEEN ANY DIFFERENCE. I FEEL SURE THAT LIPITOR IS THE CAUSE FOR MY PAIN.

Total body rash and itchy skin and now a red hot flushing of the whole body. Not sleeping very much and 8pm everything gets worse. Two days ago a new kind of rash has started on my chest and neck, very red and hot. Nothing helps except cool water and keeping a cold pack on my chest when I try to sleep.

15 years agoI was on cipro.....bad shoulder pain and back pain.. instantly one day.. after I was off of it.....over these years severe nerve and muscle pain in left chest and back. debilitating pain nothing helps...cant exercise at all so muscle tone completely left....

I have been given Kenalog twice..once at the Emergency room and once at an orthopedists. The first time I got a shot it just made the pain worse. I told the doctors at the orthopedists and they did the same exact thing even though i said it makes it worse. Ive taken evry NSAID known to man for pain but nothing helps. What should I do? Dr. hardly ever prescribe pain killers and would rather you suffer than take the chance of the pain killers actually working. I cut my hands bad thr vicodin i was given for the pain made my pain in my arm disappear, but i cant just walk into the doctors n say i want vicodin cuz it helps can i?

I thought it was just old age creeping in...my joints have been so achy and nothing helps them. I decided to read the side effects and found the drug Lipitor to be the problem! After having MRi, and multiple doctor appointments to tell me nothing is wrong the reading I've done has convienced me to STOP this drug! Denise, NY

I have intense headaches after taking my lovenog injection, followed by extreme fatigue. I have never felt headaches like this before-nothing helps them.

I get a migraine everytime I come off the Yasmin during the placebo week so I only get my cycle 3 or 4 times a year. The migraines last about 3 days until I start the pill again. Nothing helps them. I've tried a combo of B6 and Magnesium to supplement but doesn't work.

Does anyone notice excessive mucus? I have been going to the doctor since March because of chest congestion. I have taken 3 or 4 different anti-biotics and many alergy medications (nothing helps). Today, it dawned on me... I have also been having very clotty vaginal discharges just about every time I go to the bathroom. There is no oder, no pain, no burning (not an infection). All of this has been occuring since I have started Yasmin 28. Can Yasmin make your body produce excessive mucus?

This is the drug from hell! Nothing really happened after my first one-month shot, just a few mild hot flashes. My doctor had wanted to give me the three-month shot, but I insisted on the one-month to see how my body reacted. A month later I was given the three-month injection. The hot flashes increased dramatically. About a week later I started to feel like I was truly going insane. I was having serious panic attacks, I could cry over absolutely nothing, and I had this wierd disconnected feeling. Couldn't sleep, was exhausted yet had nervous energy, palpitations, feeling of unease all the time. This was pretty intense for a few days and was quite frightening. I had severe headaches, and I am not a person who gets headaches very often. Worst of all, I have had SEVERE joint and muscle pain. Twenty years of fibromyalgia was NOTHING compared to this. I had never had neck and back problems before, and now I'm experiencing pain all the time. I get weakness in my arms and legs, and often I feel a strange twitching feeling in my legs and neck. It has been over two months since I had that three-month injection. I'm due to go back for another one in early July, and I've already decided against it. The hot flashes seemed less intense for a little while, but now they're increasing along with night sweats. Nothing helps with the vaginal dryness, so my sex life is non-existent (not that I really care since this has killed my sex drive anyway). I had read about some of the scarier side effects before going through with this and asked my doctor about them, and he brushed my concerns off, saying that this stuff doesn't happen, I would likely just get some hot flashes. I'm very upset that I was pushed into having the three-month injection because now I'm stuck with this poison in my body. I think the pharmaceutical companies push the three-month injections. They got paid by my insurance company, that's all they care about and there's nothing I can do about this now. Anybody know if the doctors are getting kickbacks for pushing this on patients? For me this was follow-up treatment after having surgery to remove endometriosis and to remove one ovary that was severely affected. With that ovary gone I don't even know how necessary it was to follow up with Lupron. I'm 42 and will probably be going into menopause in a few years. Despite endometriosis I was able to have a baby at age 37 and was then free of endometriosis for almost four years. I will say I would probably think this was all worth it if I was going to try to get pregnant again, but I'm not, so I think this was all an unnecessary risk to my health. I started taking Lipitor, and within a month or so, I started noticing pain in my thigh, then in my upper arm. Not reading the side effects, I did not realize it was the lipitor. When I mentioned it to my doctor, he immediately told me it was the lipitor, and suggested I take one every other day. It did not stop the pain. I have been off Lipitor for 2 weeks now, and I still have the pain in my upper thigh and arm. I wonder how long this is going to last, and nothing helps the pain, not asperin, advil, nothing. I am going to try my best to change my diet, and take the omega 3 capsules, then see what happens when I go back for tests. I do not know what this drug is doing to our body's, but i don't like it. This scares me.

I am 24, and was diagnosed with endo at 18 after suffering excrutiating pain since I was 11 when the "curse" started. I started lupron for a six month period prior to my second lap, and I felt hot flashes more than anything. I was so excited about not having any pain that I forced myself to ignore anything else. After the surgery, I felt pain during my periods, but it wasn't bad at all. Slowly, but surely, the pain returned, and became just as bad as when I was 18.

Last year,(spring of 2003), I couldn't take it anymore, and none of the painkillers worked at all, so my Dr. put me back on lupron in Sept. of 2003.

I HAVE NOW TAKEN LUPRON FOR 21 MONTHS OUT OF MY LIFE!!! It was my choice to do so, because of the pain, and in hopes that I am saving a few eggs in my one ovary. I still experience hot flashes, but not as bad or as frequent as before. The bad news is I have gained 40 pounds, and exercise does NOT help. I do have migraines, but only once in a while, and I do have trouble remembering a lot of things. I constantly forget words, to pay bills, and even names of people I see everyday.

THE WORST IS THE WEEK BEFORE THE SHOT IS DUE. I BECOME AN EMOTIONAL MESS, CRYING, SHAKING, DEPRESSED, AND VERY NEEDY. Nothing helps, but when I get the shot, I'm ok. I tell my fiance it's my estrogen fighting testosterone, and he seems to buy it. Inside I'm paranoid.

I am also having trouble with my eyes. It's hard to focus on anything, they feel itchy, watery, and the pain from the migraine is worsened when I can't get my eyes to focus.

I plan to stop the shot in sept of 2005, and hope to start a family. IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO HAS TAKEN LUPRON FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTHS, PLEASE EMAIL ME AT ******
