I have had at least four Kenalog shots over the past three years due to sinus infections. The shot provides great relief and a noticeable improvement within 24-48 hours. I have experienced absolutely no side effects. I am so thankful that something like this is available to patients. I was aware that some patients had experienced deep indentations in their flesh at the site of the injection, but I do not personally know anyone who has had a problem with this type of injection. When I have needed relief from severe sinus problems, I can say with certainty that this has helped me tremendously.

I am a 30 year old woman who has been on Toprol (25 mg) for a week now. My doc prescribed it for mild hypertension and rapid heart rate. So far, I have had terrible indigestion and other "digestive issues", as well as difficulty sleeping. Fatigue and frequent urination (especially at night) have also plagued me for the past week. I have been taking my BP and heart rate readings every day and have yet to see a noticeable improvement. After reading all of the posts on this page, I am extremely nervous and wondering if I really need to be on this medication

Worked up to 50 mg. for depression/anxiety with a noticeable improvement in my mood and only a few minor side effects the first week including intestinal irritation. Then after 5 months it seemed to make me tired/apathetic all the time. I weaned myself off but couldn't handle the fogginess during this time. Went back on just 25 mg. but again after about 5 months I felt lazy all the time and again am now weaning myself off. It has been a week and I am trying to make it through the spaced-out feeling and dizziness. I'm researching St. John's wort now and may give it a try.

Have been experiencing the same serious behavioral issues (screaming, launching every toy he has out of his room, knocking over his night stand, hitting, kicking and just being hateful) with my 4 year old who has been on Singulair for 2 years as I'm noticing many of you have here. My wife and I have a wonderful relationship and happy home and tons of love and support from other family that's close buy so the kid has a very nice environment. We have taken him off the medication as of yesterday. I have consulted his doctor but I'm anxious to hear what methods of treatment for the asthma all of have chosen in replacement of Singulair or did you just maintain with an inhaled maintenance program with something like Pulmicort? Also, how long was after taking your child off of Singulair did take to for the outburst to subside and the behavior to become more mellow and normal (what is normal for a 4 year old?). Any info would be greatly appreciated.
