I have had Mirena for about more than a year now. I can relate to many of these symptoms. I have 2 girls and with my first daughter I've never had any problems until i got the IUD inserted in me. Worst side effects are constant back pain everyday, weight loss, the WORST bladder problem which i've never had before (just found out yesterday I have a Cyst on my ovary) , the worst mood swings ever. I've been to the emergency room time for feeling so weak and being so pale because of stomach pains (not knowing if its from the IUD, but was really scary for me) NO Sex Drive at all since the IUD. I am 21 and married, I believe i should have enough to want to be with my husband. To please him.. Right?? And when i do it is so painful.
I went to the Dr. yesterday to remove it and the Dr. told me in these words" I am not going to remove it for you, I respect you and your decision but i would not remove it, You will HAVE to go to another Dr." and then he gave me my money back (i dont have insurance) But I thought that was really strange. It's my decision to want to remove it. Isn't that crazy. It's my choice. So since my Dr. doesn't want to remove it, i am now going to choose another Dr. to remove it from me. I just think their are so many problems with the Mirena IUD and knowing if you are having plenty of symptoms you should remove it, dont take any chance!! I know I'm not

I am a 33 year old female who was diagnosed with severe endometreosis after an emergency lap in July of 2009. I had it around my bladder, a mass in my left ovary, and all over 3/4 of my pelvic walls. I have been on Lupron since. I just received my 4th injection. I was in severe abdominal pain that was steadily getting worse until this 4th injection, so I went to get a 2nd opinion. He recommended I stay on the Lupron. The goood news is the pain has finally eased! I am still foggy, forgetful, irritable. I am working out more than ever, am not losing, but not gaining anymore.
To the people who wonder about getting pregnant after this, I have heard MANY wonderful stories of people who were able to after this treatment...so it is a possibility :) I had my son when I was 21, and am hoping to get married and have another child, so I am holding onto the faith that this will work.
I know that this feels horrible with all the side effects, but if there is even a possibility of having another baby, I am willing to go through it. Good luck to you all!

I got diagnosed with endometriosis about a month ago and had emergency surgery. I had my first shot of Lupron a week after my surgery. I am now experiences the hot flashes, mood swings, and not being in the "mood". I have not noticed anyone else saying anything about the side effects being not in the "mood". I am only 24 years old and getting married in February. I need help!!!! I am suppose to get my second shot on the 23rd of this month. I am not sure if I should get it or not. My husband-to-be and I would like to start a family right after our wedding. I feel so bad for him I don't want him to have to turn to movies or anything else to have to get pleased. I am still young and should not be going through this. I need help and don't know what to do.

Mirena inserted December 07, 6 mo. after my son was born. Was not even dressed after procedure when a severe wave of pain took over. Asked nurse, said "discomfort" was common. Thought to myself, I've had 2 kids, this isn't discomfort. She gave me a "super" Advil. No clue what it was, took it because I felt like passing out from the pain, Called husband on way back to work, in tears, thought I was going to vomit from pain. Got much worse, had to pull car over -- afraid I was going to black out. Mustered up strength, got to work. Took additional 3 hours for cramps to subside. Completely exhausted. Next night, out of nowhere, horrible, horrible pain -- never had ovary issues, but it was to one side, thought my ovary was exploding. Went to urgent care cetner -- didn't know what else to do. They took Xray (no ultrasound available), nothing out of the ordinary. Called dr. -- she was perplexed -- never heard of this before. Next 6 months a blur. Every single month, at completely random times, horrible pains would hit again - nothing I could do. So bad, thought I would wreck my car when driving, felt like throwing up from pain, had to lay completely still, take 4 ibuprofen and WAIT for it to go away--up to 3 hours each time. This left me exhausted and extremely scared for the next month. Waited the standard 3 months -- up to 6 months. Finally gave up, asked dr. to remove it. She did. Have not had a SINGLE episode like this again. IMy body doesn't react like this to new things, so I was shocked when my I didn't adjust. I have no other way to explain this, but I am interested why the side effects were so unheard of by my ob-gyn. She reported them to the FDA and pharm. manufacturer. WEIRD.

ok, so I am 28yrs old just had my lap for endo on October 1 and my doctor has recommended lupron, and am going to be getting the med in a week to 2weeks,but after reading this I am soooooooooo scared to even get near this med. Its like you either take this with the hope of saving fertility and no pain..or not and have endo ravage your body and you will live with unbearable pain!!! I have no idea what to do,and i am so scared after reading this. Is there anyone that did not have weight gain, headaches etc...anyone that can testify that lupron actually worked for them? did any one have a baby after doing this. my bigs thing is being able to have a baby. Cause right now its my health on the line, my ability to have children, my ability to have a normal life free of endo pain or these crazy, horrible side effects...please help me!!!

Thank God for this site. I have been trying to figure out for the last year what is wrong with me! I have had such unexplainable depression and mood swings for so long and I never would have thought to attribute it to Mirena. Thank all of you ladies for posting on this site and diagnosing me, because obviously none of my doctors are qualified to do it! Everyone I have seen has done nothing but brush it off. I also had an US done the other day and they found a cyst on my ovary. My psoriasis (which I have only had a few small spots on my scalp my entire life) has flared up tremendously all over my body. I have lost all motivation to do anything and have nearly ruined all of my relationships with family and friends due to my laziness, depression, and mood swings. I will hate having a period again, but as I keep reading all of your posts I realize that having a period will be a blessing compared to dealing with all of this. I am making an appt on Monday to have it removed! Thanks so much ladies!

Been on Yasmin for about 3 years suffered from Loss of Sex Drive, grumpiness, being nasty to my kids and husband, weight gain - I look like I have a beer belly, I run 2-3 times a week and watch what I eat, I walk and cycle still the weight gain. The last month I have had sore breasts - cant bear hardly to put on my bra, spotting, sharp pain in the right hand ovary (in that area), crying, depressed. My doc put me on antidepressants so i have been taking them over a year now. I am not going to take Yasmin anymore, I will keep you all informed how I get on. Cant believe all the same symptoms as mine.....thanks for sharing girls.

I had Mirena inserted July 2009 and I have been spotting off and on ever since, which my doctor told me would happen for about 6 months or so. The insertion itself was painless, I barely noticed that my doctor did it. I don't know if I just have a high tolerance for pain or if I just have a great doctor, because my experience sounds nothing like some of the other women.
As far as other symptoms, I think so far everything is going good and I am very pleased with it. My periods are lighter, but the spotting off and on is getting a little annoying. I think so many people are quick to blame something on their health problems, and not look at the big picture.
Mirena== good choice for me!

I have/had severe endometriosis and began using BCPs therapeutically after having my left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to a large endometrioma. I used Yasmin for over two years and loved it: It calmed my PMS mood swings, did not produce acne, no weight gain, and no between-period spotting. I switched to Yaz for three months, but my periods became irregular and I had spotting issues, so I went back on Yasmin. I never stuck with a BCP before because all others produced the aforementioned side effects.
Unfortunately, with Yasmin, my blood pressure went from the 120/70 range to the 180/90 range in two years. My OB GYN was so alarmed by the increase that she actually made me lay down for half an hour so she could retest me. The second reading (after resting) was even worse than the first.
The doctor took me off Yasmin immediately and now I'm on the blood pressure medication "Prinzide" which is causing horrible side effects.
I wish I'd never taken Yasmin.

I have been off Yasmin (Ocella) for just over 2 months. In most ways I am feeling much better. Less headaches, earaches moodiness and more energy then I had when on the pill. Since then I have been sent for many tests, ultrasound, hormones etc. I was diagnosed last night with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. My hormones are soo out of balance, and my doctor said it may be from taking the pill. I was on Yasmin for 6 years and am 31 years old and married. I can't believe this. I have always had a lot of pelvic plain but was never diagnosed with anything.

I am 17 years old, about to be 18, my fiance is my first and only sexual partner, and I am beginning to HATE loestrin. I have been on the pills for approximately a month and a week. When I first started them I would get extremely hungry and the more I ate, the hungrier I got. It was like a bad case of the munchies, not that I've ever smoked pot. But I was seriously eating anything and everything, even foods I didn't like. My stomach felt a little weird for the first couple days, but nothing too bad. Then I started taking the brown pills, and all hell broke loose. There were the cramps. Horrible, HORRIBLE, cramps, which I am still having 3 days after going back on the active pills. Cramps all through my lower abdomen and stomach, and the feeling that at any given moment my right ovary might drop out (which might actually provide some relief) I actually doubled over crying with the pain in the shower yesterday, and would have fallen and surely hurt myself if my fiance had not been in the shower with me and caught me before I hit the ground. Intense hunger. Followed by bought of nausea, that make me want to puke, but I can't. I am very, very, sensitive to smells. Perfumes, food, cologne, things that I formally found the smell appealing, now disgust me. My lower back, is KILLING me! I get dizzy spells, and lightheadedness frequently, and feel like I may black out. Most of the time I can get myself to a spot where I can sit down and let my body sort things out before I actually black out, but I'm waiting for the day I can't. I have been getting terrible, awful headaches that stay with me through most of the day. Sleeplessness. I had my "period" 3-4 days early, if you can call it a period. It was nothing more than a day and a half of light pink spotting and brown discharge that only showed up when I wiped, I didn't even need a pad. Now, we did start having unprotected sex (with the exception of the bc) at 5 or 6 days instead of 7, and I forgot to take my pills until 9-12 hours after I was supposed to a couple of times. Couple that with the lack of a normal period and all the side effects that could also be the side effects of early pregnancy, and I'm pretty worried. I would love to be a parent, as would my fiance, but I would have liked to have graduated high school first. If these symptoms turn out to be just the pill *** with my body, I would rather just take my chances either with a condom or no protection at all. Sometime in the next week or two I will probably be taking a pregnancy test as I am afraid to wait for my next period and continue the pills because if I am pregnant I know that it can cause damage to the fetus. If anyone has wound up pregnant while on loestrin fe please email me and let me know how you found out, and how things turned out. My email address is ****** Thank you so much for any help you can give a scared teen.

Hi,
I am turning 22 in 3 months and have been on Yasmin for almost 5 years.
I can relate to almost all side effects listed on this site. I'm so glad I found this site now because I decided to stop taking Yasmin about a week ago. I just want to see how I fair without it.
While on Yasmin I was fine until the third year. I started experiencing severe anxiety, heart palpitations, severe mood swings. Small things infuriate me which normally never do. My skin is better but I experienced getting weird pimples that do not surface but cause deep scarring even if I do not fiddle with them. Also, I am about 5'2 and my pre Yasmin weight was 47 to 49 kg. I now weigh 53 to 55 kg so the equivalent gain of about 10 pounds in less than a year and it just keeps climbing. None of my clothes fit and this happened rapidly within a spce of 3 months. This is a lot for me as I am small in frame. The gain keeps on building around my stomach area and looks asif I am permanently bloated. IBS has been quite bad since Yasmin also.
I had a lot of suicide thoughts and feel lonely all the time. I would cry for no reason at all. For a while now I have been sooo tired and have energy for nothing. I cannot get out of bed in the morning and could easily sleep the entire day. Pre-Yasmin I would wake up at 7 every morning with no alarm and be wide awake! I used to have cool dreams, now I only have the occasional nightmare, and thats if I dream at all.
The worst was when I experienced SEVERE bloating on my stomach and strange ovary pains.(i looked asif i was 4 months preg) I had ultrasounds and x rays but they found nothing.
I was a BITCH with NO sex drive.
After a week without Yasmin, My sex drive has started creeping back and don't feel as bloated. Hopefully the weight will drop away soon as well.
Will post back here in a month.
Thank God for this site. I thought this pill was supposed to be a miracle. It is CRAP. I hope I don't need to go back on any form of birth control. I'm too scared now!

I've always been the kinda of girl that has horrible side effects with birth control. Every time i went on a different pill i had to deal with migraines constantly. I hated it. After i had my daughter i looked into mirena. I read everything online about it and just figured what the heck i'll try it anyways. Well i put it in in February and it seemed like the best birth control ever. I didn't have any headaches so cramps, my periods even pretty much stopped after the first month. 3 months later i was having sharp pains in my side. I thought maybe the IUD moved or something and that's what was hurting me so i went to my doctor. They sent me for an ultrasound and turns out i had a huge cyst on my left ovary. The doctor tried to see if it would just shrink and go away but 3 months later i was still feeling the same. The doctor told me that it was a big possibility he was gonna have to take my ovary. I only have one baby and i know i want more so that scared me really bad. I ended up having to have the surgery and luckily they were able to drain the cyst without removing my ovary. THANK GOD!! While they were in there they also found another good sized cyst on my tube that they had to remove. I didn't think anything about my birth control being the cause until about a week after my surgery. After that i went online and started reading more about Mirena. The first website i went to had it in big letters on the list. MAY CAUSE OVARIAN CYSTS. It also said these usually fix themselves and aren't a big deal. Well in my case i wasn't so lucky. I just wanted to warn those other ladies out there that know they want more children that there is always a possibility that Mirena could do this to you too. And maybe in your case you might not be so lucky and they'll have to take the ovary. It makes me sad that a birth control that i had in for just 6 months could have lowered my chances so much for having that second baby i've always wanted. My doctor also told me now that i've had to have surgery on my tubes that im at high risk for ectopic pregnancy now. Im now looking into different birth controls trying to find the right one for me. Any suggestions?

So like i just told the lady that thinks this site is a joke, I am happy for her that she hasn't had any negative side effects. For the rest of us though, this site is a blessing. I am a 27 year old with one daughter who is 2 1/2. I got my mirena put in at about my six week check up as well. For me, it took at least a year for me to really notice any symptoms, I guess before I just thought it was new mama syndrome. Now I am losing tons of hair (now when I say tons, no one can tell but me, like when i pull out handfuls when i shampoo or blow dry), I have horrible fatigue, depression that i am taking medicine for with little relief, discharge, and about once a month i have horrible pain on my right side about where my ovary is. Oh and not to mention no sex drive, which is not normal, and moody, moody, moody.
So my point pretty much is that I am a REAL WOMAN, not someone paid by a drug company, and I was looking for answers. Maybe the lady that is posting nastiest about this site is paid by Mirena? Hmmmm.....

I am so happy to have found that many others are experiencing the same things...I have gone CRAZY!!!! I almost started anti-depressants and was scheduled to see a psychiatrist next week because I have totally changed emotionally and sexually. I had a great sex drive and was always happy go lucky....after some thought I starting researching this Mirena...and I think this may be the root of my unhappiness. Plus all these other side effects!....
~Tired all the time
~ Depression
~ Hungry all the time
~ leg cramps
~ hair loss
~ oily skin and bad breakouts
~ No period ..ever
~ Mood swings (huge...yelling fits at my husband and the kids)
~ light stomach & back cramps for weeks at a time
Best of Luck to all of you~I am getting this thing taken out ASAP!

I have lost an ovary to ovarian cysts and was put reluctantly on Yasmin to save the other ovary.
Since going on Yasmin my hair loss, PMS, skin have all improved and I get no more large cysts but still a lot of pain in the ovary which radiates down the leg and across my back.
However, today I went to my GP regarding a bill payment and he just routinely took my blood pressure which was 160/98, I've been sent home with a heart monitoring machine and given urine and blood tests (still awaiting results). Six months ago, just before going on Yasmin it was fine. I now have a suspected issue with my kidneys and have very dark urine, hot flashes and fluid retention.
I'm now officially off this drug as from today but the doctors are pushing Yasmin and claim it's the only drug that will work for my hormone imbalance. If there is an alternative to Yasmin (combined pill) for my hormone imbalance I would be only to glad to know about it as doctors keep telling me how wonderful Yasmin is.

Well ladies, I have been on birth control since April 4 2009 and just got off of it on July 25th. throughout that time, I had NO major symptoms! I loved it and bragged it to all of my friends are are planning to get married in the coming year. I only threw up twice (separate days) on my second pack. and spotted everyday throughout the first pack in April and some through the second pack until about May 15th. But by the end of that second pack in May (after the sugar pills...which I did not take) I finally stopped bleeding but did not have a faux period at the end of May. I started the new pack in early June and at the end of it (July 2-3) I had a 3 day period as promised. I began taking the pills again (third pack) up until the 25th (before the faux pills came up) because I began to re-think my decision of altering my reproductive system! So now we are going to do the Natural Family Plan as of 07/25/09. However, I have no had a period yet and according to the pack should I have followed it through would make me have a faux period on July 29-Aug 1. Does anyone know why this is? And also, I have egg white CM and the same 'ol cramp in the ovary I used to get before I went on the pill as if I am OVULATING and my period to show in 14 days from today...which I thought was impossible because my body needs time to re-coup...Yes, I've only been on the pill for about a good 2 months before quiting but is it possible to become pregnant?

For reference, I am 23 years old. I got the Mirena IUD put in 1/30/08 and I got it taken out today. For the first several months i bled and cramped a lot. Once that passed, i was doing good and only spotted every once and a while. Well, for the last 3 months i got my period. It was heavy and I cramped a lot. During this time I also started feeling distant from my close friends and family. I felt a horribly weird sensation of a fluttering in my uterus, almost like when you are driving really fast and go over a hill, how your tummy gets that weird feeling. It felt much like that except it was in my uterus and it started happening all the time. I have also gained like 20 pounds. I haven't been able to sleep at night. I was having sharp pains in my ovary areas. I had it removed today after 15 minutes of my dr. stalling almost as if he absolutly did not want to remove it. I just kept repeating myself until he finally called in the nurse to observe. I am not good at paps or anything else that has to do with strangers invading my lady parts to begin with. So i was sorta freaking out in my own little world while he poked and prodded away. He was good about asking me if I was okay and if it hurt, but im not one to go and answer these types of questions when im in that much distress so it's okay if they talk but i don't like talking to them back. I'd rather they just get it done and over with. Well, I felt him tug and after a few good ones he got it out. That was a Horrible feeling! I almost cried! Then he just started talking to the nurse and since he is foreign i have no clue what he was saying to her, WITH the thingy still stuck in me!! I was so worried and this went on for about two minutes.. Then i asked if we were all done and once he took it out I noticed that the IUD was in a container but there was another small container with a bloody chunk in it!!! sorry if tmi...when i asked what it was he said that "a bit of tissue came out with the IUD and they were going to send it to the lab. I could tell he was trying to act like everything was fine but if everything was FINE...why would tissue come out too? I'm in a state of panic right now and don't know quite what to think at this point. I would NEVER suggest anyone getting Mirena. The bad side effects plus the removal are NOT worth it at all. This should be banned! If i would have known what i do now i would never have gotten it to begin with. I am now dreading the "crash" hopefully it isn't as bad to me as others. I am a single mother of a child with disabilities...if i get this "crash" thing, things are get difficult fast. Hopefully I start feeling normal again soon.

I am so glad to see that so many have had a good experiences with the mirena, me... not so much.
I had it inserted roughly 3 years ago (my youngest was 4 at the time and I was and still am in a committed monogamous relationship) and since then I have gained about 30 pounds that I cannot get rid of(despite a very healthy diet from a nutritionist AND working with a personal trainer), very moody, tender and lumpy breasts (it hurts to even sleep on my stomach) mostly around my "period" (as I only have very light spotting, but I can still tell when it is)bad acne, fine peach fuzzy hair over my face, chest, and back along with course dark hairs on and under my chin. But, the biggest issue I have had were/are the ovarian cysts. I have never had them before the mirena, and within the first year had one on each ovary and had to go to the ER. Since I know what they are now (and don't want another $3000.00 hospital bill) when I get them it is debilitating, but I can wait it out with pain killers at home till they rupture or go away.
Even with all this I was hesitant to have it removed, but after reading this site (and a few others) I think it is time. I really wish it would have worked, but apparently my body just doesn't agree with it...

I had my Mirena placed in April 2003 after the birth my second child and by August 2003 I had headaches, nausea, yeast infections, severe fatigue, pain and fever. By September 2003 I was fed up and made an appointment with a specialist, at my fist appointment he found a 8cm cyst in my left ovary and the 4 cm cyst in the right. The Dr. made me come in for an ultrasound every 6 weeks and told me the cyst will go away on there own. 2 years and over $10,000 in out of pocket medical fees asked to have the Mirena removed. The Dr. insisted it was not the cause of the cyst or pain and scheduled exploratory surgery. On September 16th 2005 the Dr. removed my ruptured left ovary and found a mass of scar tissue on the right ovary along with endometriosis lesions in on and around my uterus. The pain was gone for 2 months and quickly returned. I asked again to have it removed and when he declined I made an appointment with planned parenthood and had the Mirena removed. Since the removal of my Mirena I have had 1 miscarriage and 3 additional surgery's, I still have cyst on my right ovary and just had my first abnormal pap.

I am 39 year old who has had problems with hormones since I got my first period (12 years old). Heavy bleeding, thinking for sure "I was going to die every month" cramps, having to stay out of school for 2 to 3 days a month. I thought after having children(which I was told by doctors) my hormones would get regulated. They did not. Four years ago I was diagnosed with fibroids and got a partial hysterectomy and having no more periods. The doctor put me on hormonal pills(not Yasmin) and I was having problems breathing. So I suffered with a lot of the symptoms listed here until last year September when they found a cyst on the ovary that was left. So I wound up having a full hysterectomy and was put on the Yasmin pill. In the beginning I would get sick on my stomach really bad and I stopped taking them. But, because I was I am full menopause, I swear I was going thru some serious, serious mood swings. So I got back on the pill and started breaking them in half for a month to get my body used to them and now I can take the full dosage. I personally am so happy with this product. My acne has cleared up tremendously and my mood swings are intact. I still may have a few instances if my husband or kids push me to far, I'll let them know in my own way. But it is not as bad as it could be without these pills. I feel bad for those who have really bad reactions to them, but maybe taking half doses until the body gets used to them might help.

Dear EZ-RUST ... you must be a doctor with that attitude towards everyone ! I just had surgery 2 weeks ago to remove an ovary/tubes/cysts and so on from Endometriosis. I had the Mirena inserted at that time. MY DOCTOR told me that is is a great thing and I totally trust his judgment being a specialist, also, I did my research and read a lot of these comments regarding side effects prior to my insertion, and I thought wow, that's crazy, but I thought everyone responds to meds differently, I knew two other girlfriends in my office that were looking into this and one is going to be getting this as well. So I did cover everything, got the good reviews from another friend, plus read us on the Mirena... Positive = no bleeding since put in other than mild spotting after surgery, but that spotting was probably related to surgery ...... BUT I now have some side effects after 2 days and thought it was a intestinal / bowel issue ... but I have the acne, mild headaces, look 6 months pregnant = after only 1 1/2 weeks of this being inserted !!!!!!!!! Plus the moodiness which that can be caused by anything in general as well as a sore lower back. I WILL be having this removed as soon as I am back in Canada, I am in the USA enjoying the 4th of July celebrations .... But you are a bit harsh, judging other people ! Conditions are conditions ! Having your opinion is one thing but being so defensive makes me think you work for the company !

i had the Mirena inserted in Feb '09. first off, it hurt very badly going in. On my way home from the doctors, i was cramped over and swearing from the pain.
CRAMPING every day (mainly in the morning and seem more severe when dehydrated from booze the night before. BLEEDING everyday, all day- not much but always there. WEIGHT GAIN- i have always been skinny and felt skinny- but now I have weight in places I never had it before- even my one ankle looks swollen. I lost my job (b/c i blew up at my boss) and have been real lazy and tired ever since, but after reading these other comments, may be related.
I admit that I have been sexually active (unprotected) with more than a couple people since, which is an IUD no-no. BUT I was tested for IUD infections before it was inserted, and ordered a sonogram which showed a swollen ovary and cists (which I have always had cists and no problems like these) I was on the DEPO SHOT for the past 8 yrs, the pill was horrible- pains related to blood clots so thought the IUD would be safer with less trips to the doctor. When i lost my job, i lost my health insurance.
I'M NOT SURE if i should have the IUD REMOVED????? seemed like the best thing for me, but not sure how long I can go on like this and can't afford further testing.
Please share any advice or similar problems. thank you.

32, mother of twins, had Mirena inserted first week of January 2009. Bad acne first 6 months on face, neck, and back. Good news was I hadn't had a period since February 2009 outside of spotting for 3 days as I used to bleed so heavily I'd get anemic. Outside of that I felt things were fine until 2-3 weeks ago. I got my first full-blown sinus infection. With it a headache that never went away even though I went completely through my antibiotics and cleared up the sinusitis. Then came the backache. I had to stop exercising thinking that was the cause. It would get so bad I would not be able to sit. Then came the nausea. I started googling up my symptoms, and made sure to list everything I was taking - even internally. Ta-da. Loads of people with similar problems, and some of them a lot worse. I really wanted Mirena to work, but I immediately called the doctor to get it out ASAP. That was yesterday, and the backache is being caused by a 2cm cyst on my right ovary - I've never had one to my knowledge, and if I have, it's never bothered me before this. After the Mirena came out, I didn't realize how bloated I was feeling! The headaches have stopped. The cyst should go away in about 8 weeks! DEFINITELY not right for everyone!
