Had Keflex before and got no side effects at all, Im paraplegic and suffer from UTI's quite a lot, i am also allergic to penicillin. Got given keflex 2 days ago for another uti and this time round i am doing nothing but sleep, I can manage 9 hours awake before i start getting the head drop tiredness. I was given cefaclor last time too, only manage to take 1 of them (250mg) and i got some massive head dizzy spells and random arm twitching, that's when they was changed to keflex (500mg x3td) which im taking now.

No belly pains, well i felt as tho i was all stiff and rigid the first day i started the pills but the day after i was fine no pain at all, just the awful tiredness. I shall cope with it tho as I want rid of this foul smelling urine.

I am a paraplegic and have experienced severe nerve pain in my legs and feet since my spinal cord was severed in 2002. After going through a stringent pain management program,(two months of evaluation, psychological testing, spinal cord stimulation, nerve blocks, etc), my Pain MGT Physician at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, began prescribing me Lyrica. Lyrica was just beginning to be prescribed by physicians. We gradually ramped my dosage to achieve the most pain relief for me. After experiencing excruciating nerve pain for three years, Lyrica was a miracle working medication to me. Finally, finally, I had found some relief in the burning, squeezing, and exploding shocks in my legs and feet. I take 600mg, 5 times a day. After every four hours, I can feel it wearing off and the same screaming pain comes racing back. Nerve pain is so difficult to control. I can't say that I am completely pain free, but at least it is a manageable animal.

hello, my 71 year old father, who is a paraplegic since 1961 has been on lisinopril for a few years for high bp and his doc recently raised his dose to 40 mg(i think) a day. the question i have is that he has had a bad bed sore on his rear end that has required numerous hospital stays and no doctor so far can get it to heal up. he currently is at home with a wound vac system hooked up to the area. after talking to him he has had a lot of the issues that me and everyone else on this site is having. my question for anyone is the lisinopril having any effect on the sore not healing? i do not think his doctors have thought about this. if anyone has any info i would like to hear from you, thanks, tommy
