I cannot believe that there is so much of ignorance in such an educated society. Let me first start by saying I am on no medication absolutely I do have bronchitis I don't take cough medications or allergy medications or inhalers etc etc. I read at the bottom in a post that this 28 year old cries every time she sees te Save the children advertisement. I can tell you I listen to music, I watch tv and every touching or heart rendering story or lyric makes me cry!!! I wonder if i was on Singulair I would certainly be committed to some mental asylum.
I think all you educated people should consider that you do not need to be on a drug or any medication to suffer from depression symptoms or any such other emotional trauma. Why blame one thing alone, blame the governments for putting its citizens under stress , blame your economies for bringing down your county into a recession where your earnings don't meet the cost of living, What we should be fighting for is irrelevant, so some strategy comes into light where all these years, read all the posts, 2 , 5, 7 10 years of using Singulair and NOW you want to complain. Why didn't they complain all these years ago and get the drug recalled.. Don't blame one thing alone. Maybe if people lived cleaner, healthier lifestyles you wont be taking medications.

I'm really scared now!!!

I've been on BC for about five months now but I've been incredibly "hormonal" as you girls can relate...except an extreme. So crazy. crying, no reason.

so i said...maybe the NuvaRing. my friends on it...I'll try it. i put it in and immediately inside my vagina started to feel irritated.

I don't want anything related to depression/weight gain/etc because i already have that shit going on.

I'm also worried to completely change personalities. Witch could be a good thing.

DOES ANYONE! have anything good to say about this thing?

Alright this one time, in hight school, my father let have his suburben. Well i found a suit case with several medications, meprozine,soma,xanax...you know every teen drug-addicted personalities dream. Well i saw the bottle titled "soma", popped 10 and layed down. Well my girlfriend, her friend, came over and i had to take them to cheer-leading practice. I'm all on clound nine...feel like a fog, all good, well we get to driving and i turn up the music, remember i am feeling fckn relaxed as hell. Well i slam into the car in front of me. When i get out all i want to do is fck my girlfriend. This shit was awsome. Though they should slap one of those labels that say "do not operate motor vehicles or machinery" on it. Though i doubt i would have listen anyways. I give soma a 4 out of 5 stars.

I think what you mean is your daughter is down to 2 pills and went back up to 3 pills? each pill is 5mg so she is now back to 15mg? I also started at high doses like that, two times. Once at 50mg and the second time at 60mg because of a complication due to a surgery. I don't know if any problems that you mentioned are specifically due to prednisone. It does affect the adrenal gland hormones, but I'm not sure it affects the sex hormones (menstruation and breast soreness). My cycle was not affected by prednisone. I do know the mood swings and anxiousness are normal with prednisone. But even though it is the nature of the drug, my particular doctor assured me that at the low level of 2 pills or 10mg a day, it shouldn't be as severe as on the high doses. In fact, we should be feeling a lot better. But of course it depends on our personalities as well. It is normal though, I feel, to have depression, fears and anxiousness just because we have been sick, and perhaps been sick for a long time. Please, with any mood problems, don't dismiss it completely as the drug's fault, especially if you are at a low dose and still feel miserable. We need support if we are sick, and need to understand and deal with our changed lives. It is very stressful to be sick. Good luck to everyone and I wish you strength and healing.
Patience.
