Pls symptoms and conditions

well i went to the e.r. tonight to have a possible blood clot checked out (not related..and it wasn't one) but have felt absolutely crappy since having this IUD put in a week ago today...have almost all the symptoms as mamacass...including headaches, dizziness, and many others... the e.r. .they checked and said it is placed properly...but have had the chest pain, shortness of breath, terrible back pains, profuse sweating, chills...i keep those little heating patches on my lower abdomen and back due to pain (also have little bursts of shocks from abdomen)...i had UTI symptoms...burning when urinating...so i thought i had a UTI...the e.r. ruled that out too...plus they did a chest x-ray..nothing...blood work...nothing wrong there...anxiety ( i don't have a history of that...maybe the hormones released by this thing?) so basically they said all my symptoms are mirena related and to have it removed...i really want to keep it....it's only been one week ...do these things go away?

I have been in FEMCON Fe for two weeks in one day, the first week was fine ,but during my second week i had tender breast and dizzy spell, what really scared me is i've been spotting since friday and i'm tired all the time s everyone else having the same problem let me no pls.

I must tell everyone...this stuff is terrible....I was prescribed it; started taking it in July..for the next 2 1/2 months, I went thru hell...as a professional executive, I tend to be very much in control..with this stuff, I was really loosing it...EXTREME anxiety, feeling of complete loss...of being in a vacuum..when I was traveling on a plan, it took every once of energy and yes prayer to keep me from jumping...pls do NOT take this stuff...

WOW....I cant believe all im hearing...beacuse alot of it is exaclty how I feel. I started taking the ring a few month ago and the fist side effect i noticed was the sex drive it droped completly, and I was the crazier one in our realtionship for sex....and now its the last thing on my mind. Its sad beacuse I just got married a few months ago...and I want to have sex with my husband and I keept on telling him its the ring ...and I just found this website and I told him all about it....other side effects are dipresson, sadness...and tiredness. Im taking the ring out tonight....Do any of you know any other BC that is natural??? pls respond.

Hi i am 21 and i have high prolactin 5776. I don't know what it means and so scared. Pls do you need anything about it?

I started taking Fosamax in January, 2006. Have always had very thick, healthy hair and have noticed a marked thinning of my hair in this short time. Has anybody had the same symptoms and have they changed to another medication or treatment that does not promote hair loss? Thank you.

post- Yasmin effects: i also had panic attacks when i went off yasmin but they subsided after a week. my apetite is insatiable, but i also run almost every day. has anyone else experienced this?

suggestions- i took these drops of Agnus castus, it's a fruit derivative I think and you can get it at any health food store. it's supposed to regulate your cycle. I dont know if it made a difference but it made me feel better mentally.

Also, for the hair loss- nothing can change that, but I bought this shampoo from Lush called cynthia stout that made my roots "fluffier" adn look less...thin...

sickofbeingsick- i'm off the pill. i'll never go on it again. i practice safe sex and have a prescription for the morning after pill. people liveed without the pill for thousands of years! i completely know how you feel. my only advice is to get off yasmin and rid your body of the craziness asap!! keep us updated pls!

5 kilometer walk everyday is great you have definitely improved so much... its such good news to hear becuase i remember how down in the dumps you have been. im doing ok too started going back to the gym and at the moment im just manging 3 times a week.... hopefulloy i can keep that up....
how are your heart palpitations going?? and your blood pressure is it dropping down??

and to Linzi... Lisa is right!! you will get there and things will get better but PLS stop taking this pill.... its gonna take away your sanity...

its good to hear that you have found a doctor who is finally listening to what ur feeling and understanding that it is this pill!! my sista was telling me that she read somewhere on the net that yasmin isnt even legal in some countries!!

seriously how can they market this poison.. ill never understand!!

your right i do get that "not hungry" feeling quite a lot... sometimes it goes away and it has gotten better.... at the start i could hardly eat i swear after two bites i would feel full.. thats so not like me...
but 5 months of yasmin now and its a lot better....

your welcome, i know what its like to be so scared and feel alone.... i am constantly thinking that i have some deadly disease or somethng life threatening wrong with me.... im only 23!! dying is the last thing i wanna be worried about.... this week is the week leading up to my period and it hasnt been a good one...
i actually for the past couple of days have got these really weird feelings on the left side of my head.. kinda like little cramps ya know... they come and go...
HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS????? PLS LET ME KNOW!!!

all ill say first is stop taking yasmin!! i was on it for 1 month only and i suffered the chest pains but not as bad as u say urs are and i also had and still have heart palpitations.... ive been off yasmin for almost 5 months now and it has gotten a lot better than wat it used to be but it was a slow process getting here...
everyone is different tho and ur body may react differently to other pls... i didnt gain wait (knock on wood) but any side effect is bad enuf...
trust me dont take yasmin !! you will get better tho its just gonna take time for ur hormones to get back on track... be patient and you'll get through it i promise...

I was on Yasmin for 1 month only as it was recommended to me by a friend. I was told it was the best pill ever and side effects were minimal. After 1 week everything was fine. In the second week my breasts started to become so sore and they just blew up a whole bra size!!! I wanted to get off Yasmin but decided just to see the month through. When i finished my period i was still getting continual spotting everyday I would bleed a little and i assumed this was normal. I have read a few postings where people have experience the same thing so I feel a little better. I finished Yasmin nearly 3 days ago but i still havnt got my period, just the spotting!! and my breasts are still killing me!!!!
Has anyone else had the same probs and can someone tell me when it will go back to normal???? I cant believe this crap has stuffed up my body totally... pls help!!!

In regards to your son....I remember I also used to get this unbearable stomach pain, it was so bad that I couldn't even walk straight, my back was usually curved to the front, sometimes it felt like a sharp pain right next to my belly. It usually seemed to happen after eating salads, soup or too much liquid....my belly was bloated but I wasn't eating much...it was terrible. Anyway, so I went to the Dr. and prescribed me this medication called "Dicyclomine." Ask your Dr. about it...it took away the awful sharp pain like magic. I also heard from a friend that Apple Cider Vinegar does wonders and I must say it worked for me...didn't need to take Dicyclomine anymore. It might be helpful and may relief you son's tummy pain.....you can get it at any natural food stores...it worked like a miracle on me so I figure might as well pass the word around ;) Good luck w/your son's recovery :) & if you try the Apple Cider Vinegar pls. let me know how it worked for you.....thanx

My Father Taking Eltroxin 3 tab per day as per dr direction only.But Suddenly 1 week a go he got severe breathing (like asthma)then he has taken salbutamol ,then he became normal.is it side effect of eltroxin. pls let me know this.

I was given the four month injection three weeks ago to throw me into menopause because I have breast cancer.

I was slowly going up from 100 to 300 mg, and last week reach 300mg..all week have had increasing tightness in chest, felt like throat closing, radiating up into ears., extreme acid reflux. I like the way I feel mentally, and it has helped me cut down alot on smoking; but am getting afraid of these side effects..it feels either like a heart atack or extreme panic....has anyone felt this....pls let me know....

I started taking Yasmin a couple of weeks ago, this weekend will be the third. Last week I started developing these itchy, rash type "bumps" on my upper hip, a few on my bikini line, one under my arm and one behind my knee.
I feel sad at times when unnecassary...
I know that my appetite has increased and my boobs are sore and growing!!! These are things I had no problems w/ prior to Yasmin. I would hope all these new ailments are from this BC.
Anyone else have this "rash" type side effect?

I am taking Cephalexin 500mg/4x per day. Today is my 2nd day (5 more days to go) and I have tiny red dots all over my legs...it itches......and my arms and back and scalp itch too!

Also, last night, after taking my 3rd dose of the day, my stomach started hurting, I started feeling quesy and my hands started shaking. Have you ever taken a vitamin on an empty stomach (especially a prenatal vitamin) and felt nauseated and maybe even threw up because of it? Well, that's exactly what it felt like. I did end up vomiting and my (pls excuse the grossness) vomit was green. I still had no idea what was causing all this. It wasn't until I came on here today and read all the posts that I realized that all my symptoms were due to the Cephalexin, which are green capsules!!!

Muscle pain, bicepts,tricepts, pls let me know if any one else is experiencing this?
